@@lukedaley17 sure she was (ironic coming from frank),but as the actress was leaving the show ,you can see the writers trying to conclude her arc on the show and gave her many storylines and interactions with other characters which made it fun to watch
I had a supervisor like this at my first job as a teen, it was funny at first and she let us get away with a lot but then she got mean and scary. Alcoholism in no joke, especially when the afflicted person is an angry drunk
