2/25/2024 Keystone State Southeast PA Qualifier. U12 95LBS. Lucas Jones Kraken/Twin Valley. Lucas was 11 years old. Lucas finished fourth in a 33 man bracket. Lucas lost his second match of the day due to being impatient and throwing ill advised arm in headlocks in that match. Tough lessons turn into learning, if you let them. In the consolation bracket, Lucas had to win 4 matches in a row to qualify for the Keystone States Championships. Safe to say he learned very well. 6 and 2 on the day and wrestled back to finish 4th. Top 6 wrestlers go to the state championship. Could not be prouder of his grit and determination.
