Really I can't think of a car that has a cheaper interior than a Model 3, every small city cars like the Renault Clio or VW Polo have much higher quality interiors.

The stock M3 dynos at 420+hp at the wheels so I would say it it probably the most powerful car here. BMW underrated it, as always. Just look at the finish, there is no way in hell it does 12.7s 1/4mile with 374hp.

Tae Izofyne bmw actually has the best build quality for example in an mercedes you can actually kind of move the middle console a little bit (also in an audi) while everything in an BMW is solid

The m340i is a really incredible car. Its power is also understated. I believe BMW has it listed as low 4s 0-60, but it has been tested as fast as 3.8 secs... and it's not even the full M model.
Yeah the car is really powerful especially tuned and upgraded. A friend of mine owns one and it’s really nice. I’m honestly thinking of getting one but I’m not sure yet.

That B58 engine is absolutely incredible. Easily destroyed the competition. I raced a Volvo V60 T8 Polestar against my X3 M40i (B58) a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t even close - I won by several car lengths. He must have believed in the hype. But I will say Volvo did an awesome job on the overall design. That V60 is a really sharp looking vehicle 👍🏻

Been driving this new m340i since Juin 2019, I refused the “emission recall” software upgrade during first service, so my car still gets 390hp instead of 382hp in US and Canada, it worth every penny and smiling every second in it!
ZQ DDD be careful got a m340i late November car was bricked before I could even drive out the showroom, software had to be wiped and reinstalled to remove drivetrain fault code, funny thing was there was an over the air software update as I was setting up the car before it bricked, hence recall could be pushed on to you remotely

common fact grats on the new toy, yea they do have some over the air upgrade but my software version is still on March 2019 which they deliver those cars with more than 390hp in us and Canada. So far we had three recalls two related to the software updated(emission recall which will lower the hp to 382hp as states on the website and the back up camera lighting issue) and they could only done by dealer’s computer and I have refused to do it cuz I don’t wanna lose that small 8hp lol. third one is the second battery issue which has been fixed during my first service.
Im came to dealership to check x5 base model and came out on the dealership with m340i. That B58TU engine have a lot of potential. JB4 piggyback tune, light wheel, and get rid of those OEM pirelli run flat tire, MST cold air intake, downpipe and charge pipe. That should enough to join the 400+ hp club with that m340i. Love the new m340i.

I absolutely love my Sunset Orange M340i, it's an absolute beast and it doubles nicely as a family saloon when it needs to. My mate has a Merc C43 (2020 MY) and he's yet to beat me in our little drag races. Even when I hop in his the M340i takes it. Now, his brother's CLA45S+... That's another story. I4 2.0 and it matches my 340 pace for pace (even though it has 420HP as it's like the gearbox doesn't utilise it well). The B58D and the ZF8 gearbox really is a match made in heaven.
Torque doesnt mean much its all about power, revs and gearing hence why an old e60 m5 runs a faster quarter then all the cars in this video with only 380ft pounds and thats even with rwd!

The B58 motor is a little gem. The internals are strong and can handle a good tune without issue, it sounds fantastic and is smooth as silk. In the German car world the 3 Series, as ordinary as it can look, is one of the best compact premium vehicles out there. Solid package from the factory.

I have a 2020 s60 PE. It is a very cool car with 415hp/670NM and mid 4s/100km/h. 2019/2020 s60PE are very, very hard to come by. Öhlin/Brembo combination is insanely good. The steering is amazing. There is quite a bit of lag, but the car IS fast. Not as thrilling as my Tesla M3LR + ACC boost, but a very quick car nevertheless. The only thing I miss is the sound like you get from similar cars like m340i, amg c43... But that can easily be fixed by investing another 5 grand in to a Heico Sportiv exshaust system😅😅😅 M3 is a very cool car but I was able to get a rare Volvo sports car which is also a PHEV, for half the price of a decent BMW. I consider this a win:)
I think it was a Freudian slip. I think what Mat meant was that the Volvo kicked the gear UP to 4th (as he said at 5:30), since he was holding the revs up for a good amount of time in, I presume, 3rd gear. This seems to be a common issue with some cars, even in manual mode, the transmission will revert back to auto after awhile. My Hyundai does this exact same thing (under the right conditions; eg, have not shifted in awhile, on a flat grade, etc.) and it irks me because of it. I think Mat flipped the left (down) paddle instinctively to try to force it to stay in 3rd gear.
I had the previous A4 Avant with the 3 litre V6 diesel and quattro with tiptronic. Very quick machine. Now running the V60 T6 hybrid which is almost as quick in a straight line as my 986 Porsche 3.2 Boxster S. Get the optional Polestar upgrade and I think it would be.

The stock M3 dynos at 420+hp at the wheels so I would say it it probably the most powerful car here. BMW underrated it, as always.

Tae Izofyne bmw actually has the best build quality for example in an mercedes you can actually kind of move the middle console a little bit (also in an audi) while everything in an BMW is solid

The m340i is a really incredible car. Its power is also understated. I believe BMW has it listed as low 4s 0-60, but it has been tested as fast as 3.8 secs... and it's not even the full M model.
Yeah the car is really powerful especially tuned and upgraded. A friend of mine owns one and it’s really nice. I’m honestly thinking of getting one but I’m not sure yet.

That B58 engine is absolutely incredible. Easily destroyed the competition. I raced a Volvo V60 T8 Polestar against my X3 M40i (B58) a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t even close - I won by several car lengths. He must have believed in the hype. But I will say Volvo did an awesome job on the overall design. That V60 is a really sharp looking vehicle 👍🏻

Been driving this new m340i since Juin 2019, I refused the “emission recall” software upgrade during first service, so my car still gets 390hp instead of 382hp in US and Canada, it worth every penny and smiling every second in it!
ZQ DDD be careful got a m340i late November car was bricked before I could even drive out the showroom, software had to be wiped and reinstalled to remove drivetrain fault code, funny thing was there was an over the air software update as I was setting up the car before it bricked, hence recall could be pushed on to you remotely

common fact grats on the new toy, yea they do have some over the air upgrade but my software version is still on March 2019 which they deliver those cars with more than 390hp in us and Canada. So far we had three recalls two related to the software updated(emission recall which will lower the hp to 382hp as states on the website and the back up camera lighting issue) and they could only done by dealer’s computer and I have refused to do it cuz I don’t wanna lose that small 8hp lol. third one is the second battery issue which has been fixed during my first service.
Im came to dealership to check x5 base model and came out on the dealership with m340i. That B58TU engine have a lot of potential. JB4 piggyback tune, light wheel, and get rid of those OEM pirelli run flat tire, MST cold air intake, downpipe and charge pipe. That should enough to join the 400+ hp club with that m340i. Love the new m340i.

I absolutely love my Sunset Orange M340i, it's an absolute beast and it doubles nicely as a family saloon when it needs to. My mate has a Merc C43 (2020 MY) and he's yet to beat me in our little drag races. Even when I hop in his the M340i takes it. Now, his brother's CLA45S+... That's another story. I4 2.0 and it matches my 340 pace for pace (even though it has 420HP as it's like the gearbox doesn't utilise it well). The B58D and the ZF8 gearbox really is a match made in heaven.

M340i is easily the best saloon car on the streets by miles.
The B58 motor is a little gem. The internals are strong and can handle a good tune without issue, it sounds fantastic and is smooth as silk. In the German car world the 3 Series, as ordinary as it can look, is one of the best compact premium vehicles out there. Solid package from the factory.
I’m a fan of the new BMWs that have the B58 engine. Couple of little tweaks or just a software tune and you’re at 450-500 hp range

I have a 2020 s60 PE. It is a very cool car with 415hp/670NM and mid 4s/100km/h.
2019/2020 s60PE are very, very hard to come by.
Öhlin/Brembo combination is insanely good. The steering is amazing.
There is quite a bit of lag, but the car IS fast. Not as thrilling as my Tesla M3LR + ACC boost, but a very quick car nevertheless.
The only thing I miss is the sound like you get from similar cars like m340i, amg c43...
But that can easily be fixed by investing another 5 grand in to a Heico Sportiv exshaust system😅😅😅
M3 is a very cool car but I was able to get a rare Volvo sports car which is also a PHEV, for half the price of a decent BMW. I consider this a win:)

I think it was a Freudian slip. I think what Mat meant was that the Volvo kicked the gear UP to 4th (as he said at 5:30), since he was holding the revs up for a good amount of time in, I presume, 3rd gear. This seems to be a common issue with some cars, even in manual mode, the transmission will revert back to auto after awhile. My Hyundai does this exact same thing (under the right conditions; eg, have not shifted in awhile, on a flat grade, etc.) and it irks me because of it. I think Mat flipped the left (down) paddle instinctively to try to force it to stay in 3rd gear.

Very quick machine. Now running the V60 T6 hybrid which is almost as quick in a straight line as my 986 Porsche 3.2 Boxster S. Get the optional Polestar upgrade and I think it would be.
