So my girlfriend works in an internet provider company as a finance manager and gets 15k uah. She's broke as hell. But to me gives me mental issues that she still wastes money on stupid clothes and shoes instead of eating dinner several times per week. Her sister is a senior ranking police officer who gets 15k too. She's poor as hell and no joke... With 2 kids and a zoo at home... She is poor as hell too. Her ex husband is a senior major in the police too... And he's poor as hell too. Now for the SBU... When they came to my house and stole my etherum mining cards and forced me to pay under the table fines, now I see only their bosses are living it up. My so called fine would be 50 years salary which I had to pay. So even though official and actual salaries might vary, still these people live like crap. But could be still better than USA as it's so cheap everywhere.

Then you look at salaries of police, prosecutors, SBU... They all have peanut salaries and they all take huge bribes. No exaggeration.... I paid many myself. Especially the police, low salaries but many taking bribes. I have many experiences with these criminals in uniforms.
