It’s not named after an art gallery it was a town in 1190 when it was called Liuerpul, meaning a pool or creek with muddy water. Eventually modern spelling it became Liverpoole and then Liverpool. The liver building is not an art gallery it’s an office building it was built for use by the Royal Liver Friendly Society in 1911.
That being said I don’t know why Liverpool and Liver are pronounced different I suppose so you don’t mix it up with liver like the organ? Maybe it sounded better.

ALso an AWD limo by james? well if two people controlled it at the same time, it could very well work (even though one of the steering wheels was broken.)
