昭和30年代の高度経済成長期を彷彿させる国が有りますパキスタンです。鋳物、圧延、板金、旋盤工。どれを見ても過去に使われていた技術、供与された機械を使って修理、製品を作り出しています。オート三輪の小型版やバスの製造。皆んなの行動力、バイタリティーが溢れてます。 バブル期の日本のトラックが溢れていますね。エンジンも完全オーバーホールして構造を理解しようとしています。目指すは極東の🇯🇵意識しているのは明らか。肩を並べる日は来ない！と団塊の世代の人は言います。が、アグラを描いてると寝首をカットされそうな気がします。

What I noticed in the Wok production video is how the workers handles each item with care, and almost a respectful attitude. Each person knew the value of the work they were doing and they really cared about making a quality product! And I also noticed that they didn’t seem pressured to go fast. It showed the company cared about quality over quantity! Bravo! Thank you for sharing!

Not to mention the different motorcycles, then machinery etc it's astonishing how much Japan has brought to the world, I don't think the world gives them enough credit

It's not just the finished product that Japan does so well. They are relied upon to make critical parts for other finished products in other nations and manufacturers because they have a uniquely precise was of making key parts. In some areas, they make better parts than German or US parts. They are one of the top countries for the outsourcing of key aerospace engineered parts

集約・自動化することで大量生産が可能になるとともに、人手のかかる部分を少なくして、もちろん低コストにもなるし、なにより安全に作業できるのかなぁ。
それでもどうしても人の手、人の目が必要な場面は多くて、或いは自動化できないところ、自動化しない方がコスト抑えられるところもあって、そういうところで、男女限らず職人さんの腕が輝き、ジグなど工夫して安全と効率を両立させながら、製品が作られるように見受けられました。
かっこいいです、職人さんのお仕事も、機械の工程も。

日本と韓国の鍋物作りの動画を比較してみると。韓国はやたら綺麗ですね。工場も機械も服装も、日本の工場はやや汚れが
目につきます。服装も結構汚れてます。毎日作業すれば汚れるのは当たり前なのに韓国のあの綺麗な工場服装には違和感を感じました。
日本の工場は物づくりの現場という感じが、しました。
撮影だからといって新しい軍手、手袋は使ってません。
このビデオを見て早速諏訪田の爪切りを購入しました。
40年前￥8,000-程で購入して使っていましたが最近さすがに切れが悪くなり

The wok making process was total overkill, so many of those steps could have been avoided and if they did those woks would be useless in 1 year and sell for a dollar. But because it’s been done with so much care, it’s practically a lifetime product

At the end of the roof tile video it shows that when installed on the roof, every 7th tile has that foot/hand grip tile. What a brilliant idea, especially for roofs which have a steeper slope to them.
