Anemia (khoon ki kami) is a condition in which you lack enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to your body’s tissues. Anemia can make you feel tired and weak. It may be long-term or temporary depending on its severity. Unfortunately, 80% of women suffer from anemia during pregnancy.
Common symptoms of anemia (khoon ki kami ki alamat) include extreme weakness, pale skin, chest pain, shortness of breath, fast heartbeat. The main causes of anemia are a deficiency of Vitamin B12 and iron and folic acid. Also, medical conditions like tuberculosis, liver issues, and thalassemia can cause blood deficiency.
There is a range of treatments for anemia (khoon ka kami ka ilaj) depending upon the cause of anemia. Iron supplements and dietary changes can help in the treatment. Also treating the other medical condition can also be beneficial to overcome blood deficiency.
