I just bought a 2024 ranger raptor I love it
RAM where is your midsize truck?
They call it a Jeep Gladiator
Last news says has been seen in Brazil! 😮
I think is the new Dakota 😮
Greetings from CDMX, México! 😊
Why no Frontier?
In some parts of the country, Nissan is only selling Altimas and Rogues. NO Frontiers around.
im a yota fan but i think chevy best on this list from technology to towing power and best value for your money which i think is one of the more important aspect in trucks
MotorTrend picked a Ford? their GM sponsorship wont be happy.
The Tacoma will still sell more
And last the longest
But selling more doesn’t mean it’s better
2 days ago the 2025 Ford Ranger PHEV went on sale in Austrailia.
It is expected when the 2025 Maverick ordering opens in July the
Maverick too will have a PHEV option available.
!
!
Lol someone got paid
That’s how all motor trend videos feel these days
I know that truck I aint no stranger
Keep the music in the back ground. Sometimes hard to hear you talking.
3 seconds in and your persistent "overhauling" type intro kills the show for me. Same cheesy intro guitar and break cuts, makes me ill these days.
Nobody can challenge the 430 lb ft of torque.
Ranger backseat doesn’t even have air vents lol
That’s for the hunting gear anyways
@@aaronjohnson4985Hunters are cowards. 🖕🏿
its a midsive truck not a tahoe.in the back seat you cant be more than 4 feet away from the ac vents.
@@thomasfields2082 you talking about the vents that are not in the backseat? lmao
What about offroad? Crawl mode comparison
Toyota and the tacoma especially are just overrated, their buyers still think it's 1998 and that Toyota is more reliable when in reality it just isn't.
Incorrect.
@@SamHamlyn9496 look at the new Tundra, it has more recalls over the last 3 years than any other truck
@@turdferguson2839 Any new gen vehicle are going to have kinks to workout hence the recalls. Don't act like Chev doesn't have just as many if not more recalls than Toyota, plus a Toyota will outlast a Chevy by a mile. I'd take a Toyota over a domestic any day of the week just for how reliable they are, and no other manufacturer can compare.
@@turdferguson2839source?
2015 v6 Tacoma sport, I've had since new with 160k miles. Aside from normal stuff like tires and battery, regular fluid changes. Only 2 things have gone out, 1 ignition coil and my ac this year. Considering it's going on 10 years, it's amazing and still my dream truck!!!
I'll take the last gen of any of these before these 😂
Which will show the least amount of rust 20 years from now being driven in the rust belt? Mechanicals better last that long on all three with proper maintenance considering pricing.
Why no Frontier? Fr
priced itself out.
@@thomasfields2082 huh?
And the Tacoma didn't?
6 foot bed.
Tacoma 2024 is the best, I love my 4th gen
24 Tacoma is not the best and I’ve driven all 3 , low expectations will keep toy fan boys happy , sober up
and drive all 3 with a open mind , lol
I’ve been a Toyota fan for years, until this year. I traded my 2022 Tundra in for a GMC Canyon midsize pickup truck and so far I’m really liking my American made truck.
They placed the Ranger closer and on higher ground to look bigger, it isn't. Tricky tricky
hehehe, they all do ok when new,
Lets see who makes it to 200k miles with the least money in repairs and see what the resale value is
Test in northern climates where it gets down to -25deg C and lots of salt on the roads
Who would of thought. Id buy the Tacoma last.
Me
Oh wow!🎉
Another awesome video, would love to see these trucks in the EU, and drive them on our roads, for us Europeans these are full-size trucks ;)
They’re all winners in my book.
No surprise that the Tacoma lost badly. I knew the Tacoma would lose badly to the competition and I’m so glad that’s been affirmed
This is just one of many examples of how Toyota consistently fails to compete with the best
😂
It sure wont compete with time spent in the shop or plummiting resale value. Also, I do not think this review was long enough nor extensive enough to really determine long term enjoyment.
@@Jordan-ql8pv Taco, 👎👅👹🤡👿
Typical naveenthemoron comment 😆
how did It lose LOL Tacoma gen 4th are the best
Wtf is going on with the turbocharged inline 4's for all 3 😂😂😂
Cheaper to manufacture im sure
Thank the EPA.
Ridgeline is best.
They are asking for mid size truck not suv
😂😂
@81lordnelson hahaha....you are not even close to Dave Chappelle level of funny, it's funny either because you are not literate or making a funny with clowns supporters with likes. Ok...definition of a truck is vehicles with separate area for occupants and a bed for things. Henry Ford popular first truck came as a result of him growing up on a farm. Honda first vehicles was a truck but it didn't do well. Small trucks like Subaru Baja exist long before Hyundai Santa Cruz, elcamino was a truck converted from a car like a extended limousine is cutting a vehicle in 2 and extending middle(but I guess you think those are funny too). Ford expedition is a Ford f150, Ford excursion was a Ford super duty, Chevy Tahoe and escalade are Chevy 1500 trucks, Toyota sequoia is tundra, Toyota 4runner is Tacoma, Honda passport, pilot, ODYSSEY and Ridgeline is no different than others sharing to cutting costs. You probably still think this is funny because of ignorance, but what have you made that could compare?
Ford Ranger is way better soon a 2.7 and 3.0 twin turbo engine will be available
I would take that tacoma all day over those two
Sponsored by Ford 🔵
We all know what truck people will actually buy. The Tacoma, because why would you not? Having a truck is not about bells and whistles, being the quietest, or having the best ride. It is about being able to achieve many different tasks well and being dependable at it.
The Tacoma was dependable with their outgoing engine, but now they have a new unproven 4 cylinder turbo engine.
@@Silrocco Well not totally unproven. They've been using that turbo 4 in the lexus IS200t for a while.
@@Jordan-ql8pv it's not the same engine! The IS200T uses the 2.0L Turbo! The Tacoma is using the T24A-FTS engine which is new and tuned differently for this truck. Time will tell. Toyota vehicles have just as many TSB's as other manufacturers, some more than others.
Yes some people just like staying in the dark on reality
@@Silrocco I stand corrected. That being said Toyota has plenty of experience with 4cyl turbos. If anyone can make it work, they can. 🙂
Toyota is still the best it’s a Toyota
No it's not.
@@stevemccannjr6546 then why is it the best selling mid sized truck for the past 30 yrs
@@kennedyracing7527 because the buyers are sheep’s who don’t know anything. They possess the lowest of standards
I think the Jeep Gladiator is the winner. Especially the Ecodiesel.
the ecodiesel isnt available anymore
@@81lordnelson Yup, because all the manufacturers sold out to the enviroterrorist BS...
Winner of mechanical problems maybe
@@MegaMarlon0123 had 325,661 miles on my 1500 when I sold it... no issues with it. change the oil and keep a good fuel filter on it...
@@ryanbailey6600 maybe one with 500k! But the issues with those trucks are not so rare
