Thank you this worked for me also! Oh BTW I did this with a SHOCK SV55 it worked the same way, also the no command screen automatically pops up without pressing it's command. Other than that, everything is the same.

Sadly it didn't work. It was working fine a week ago, and 10 minutes after a call it was just off. Was charging at the time as well. Might be a different model than mine, i don't know... Cannot get it to do anything. Still leaving a like as it seems like this worked for others
I'm sorry for the inconvenience Samuel , make sure your phone has at least 30 porcent of battery charged or leave the charger connected while you are doing the reset, please power don the phone and start pressing the keys as shown in the video, once you get the recovery menu with blue letters , select WIPE CACHE PARTITION conforma with power key and , from there , reboot your device 👌 let me know in a new comment if you have another question and please Subscribe to the Channel just in case that you might need another help in the future thanks a lot 🤝
