Wet & Forget works wonderfully. It takes some time but it works. Try to apply when location is not in full sun or highest heat so product stays wet on surface for the longest amount of time. Always enjoy your vlogs. Have a good week!

I use Micellar Water as a toner after cleansing. I use a balm for my 1st cleanse, a gentle cleanser for my 2nd cleanse, and then I use Micellar to remove any residual and to tone my skin before moisturizer. 😊

Thanks for homie cozy content ❤ I totally relate with your normal-bra speech! I found one semi-normal i can tolerate aside from casual-bra-tops is the Uniqlo. They have no wire but very supportive and shaping bras with a sticky edging allowing to swich straps on or off

I found the Soma bras the most comfortable - both the sports bra as well as the regular bras. I have a ton of their clothing and leggings too. They are so comfortable and my favorite brand of clothing. It’s pricey, but worth it. I always watch for sales.
After your recommendation I purchased the Kroger Shimmer sunscreen...I love it! I since then have gifted my mom and sister with this wonderful product.
I love the weekend vlogs, they are so much fun! I am constantly putting things down when something else grabs my attention, then forgetting where the 1st item is or what I was doing! 😂😂 I'm very familiar with Dolly's coat of many colors, she's such a smart lady! Loose, soft clothing is a necessary for Allodynia. Wool is too itchy, but since I was introduced to Merino "wool blend" no show socks, I'm in love! They are so incredibly soft and my feet don't sweat nearly as much! Yes, they go in the washer and dryer! Only sports bras for me too. My Dr. told me to stop wearing wire bras, they caused rashes for me, probably the nickle. Anyway, really enjoyed todays video, thanks for sharing with us! Take care everyone! 💜

I just found a 6” wide brim spf 50 hat for me to wear outside working in my garden and a wonderful Upf jacket on the Amazonian 🤣… it’s actually not hot looks great and of course my sunglasses I’m LOVING the new haraharu wonder black rice moisture airyfit daily sunscreen!!! it’s the most beautiful finish I have found yet!!!! I had lyme disease , scary. I was on an intense antibiotic treatment to kill the infection. I'm very wary about just picking weeds around my house. Cover myself in deet before. You are correct being active is very important, as I age I can feel that it is harder to keep up physically .
Dr. Dray I love bralettes! Wear them a lot. They are so comfortable. Hardly wear regular bras anymore.
Another enjoyable Vlog as usual. I don't wear regular bras anymore. Only sports bras. They wash better and hold up better and even when they get a little raggedy and lose their hold, I can just wear them around the house for light support. So much more comfortable and so much cheaper! Plus I don't have to figure out what my size is, honestly that is impossible. It's a lot easier to buy small than figure out if I'm 34A or what.
Bali makes these stretchy sports bra style ones but not as compressive/tight. I have totally switched and now when I go back to wearing an underwire bra for dressing up I’m horrified at all the stabbing and poking discomfort. How did I used to wear those 12-14 ours everyday??

Yes! Right there with you on the sports bras. Underwires are so uncomfortable, and I have that issue too where the nickel in the clasps irritates the skin underneath. Luckily I am now retired and rarely have an outfit which requires a "fancy" bra.
I'm ADDICTED to Maui Jim's. Literally can't leave the house without them. They make the world look so beautiful. Just staring at the clouds is so nice. They make rainbows way more vivid. Absolute must for the ocean, you can actually see the coral and turquoise water instead of just brutal glare. I have like 10 pairs and need to get those organizers! (I only buy mine at Costco where they're like $100.)
Good to know because when I looked them up and they were over $200 I knew I would never be trying them. Does your Costco carry them or you order online?
@Katherine Both. Course, my Costco is IN Maui, but I think they have them on the mainland too. They're in the optical department. But online has better selection, and is where I've bought all but one pair. I believe their return policy on them is a little more strict, something like 30 days and must be in brand new condition. Even blindly purchasing, I've never wanted to return a single pair. One pair I didn't LOVE the style, but of course, the optics are still amazing, so I wear them in situations with a higher potential for breaking or losing them.

As always great company with my tea 🍵 and Dr Dray 🙂 I think your collection of hats are very nice. I was at Walmart recently and Garnier have these Micellar Cleansing Eco Pads - they are washable and have 3 of them in a box. I bought something similar to these from Etsy. I've had mine for years, they wash up nicely too. They don't feel scratchy on the eyes or on the skin either. The ones I have are made from Organic cotton 🥰 I don't always use the Micellar water to remove my eye makeup, sometimes I use my facial cleansers from Neutrogena - the ultra gentle creamy cleanser or the Hydro Boost cleansing gel - both are fragrance free. In past centuries where wool was more commonly worn, the layers closest to the skin were typically linen, so the wool was never directly touching the skin. Linen also does a really great job of wicking moisture from the skin.
My sister always wears all her jewelry but I take mine off the minute I get home. Jewelry feels very irritating to me, especially at home.

I like you collect and wear wide brim hats for sun protection. I always keep a few hats in my car, sunglasses, a spf jacket, and spf gloves.
I’ve only started having issues with fabrics messing with my eczema and it’s so frustrating! Jeans by far are the worst culprits which sucks because I love jeans. American Eagle seem to be the best ones for me so far. And I have a pair of Calvin Klein jeans that are great as well. I’ve also switched to sports bras for the same reason. The struggle is real lol 😢

You have got to try the TRUE & Co. bras….. life changing. All the comfort of a sports bra with the smooth, soft, non-flattening structure of a regular bra. No underwire and normal bra straps. Amazing.

Amoena makes a nice front closure wireless bra that I use for exercise that's really good; even in the washer and dryer. Also, Soma makes a really good bralette that works with a lot of tops and holds the girls up...I wash them in the washer and hang them on a hanger to dry; they last a while.
I don’t use micellar water to cleanse anymore since switching to cleansing balms. However I do like to use it on a qtip to clean any makeup off my eyebrows or around my lips! I love the bioderma one.

Yes! Newman's Own made lemonade. I'm pretty picky since I grew up with a lemon tree in my yard (in the SF Bay Area) so it wasn't my fave, just a touch of that lemon oil flavor--sort of a furniture polish vibe lol. I'll give the Italian Volcano a shot though.

I have the same problem with my eczema and long sleeves and tight clothes . Must be loose. My eczema was so bad when I was in grade school until my mom got me to my first dermatologist, that she had to buy me short sleeves cotton shirts in the summer time to last me year around. She would buy me cotton cardigans for winter so I could remove it if I need too. To this day I still dress the same. I own 3 long sleeved blouses that are bay winged and loose. The rest are all cotton short sleeve t-shirts. As an adult I have both eczema and Psoriasis 😢, but because of you and my new Dermatologist and Rumitologist I have no breakouts right now! ❤ my docs❤
