Denzel was robbed of an Oscar. Incredible performance!
You can tell he was still in the Malcolm character lol
That was no character. That energy was already in him.
@@1randomlol this!!
💯
@@1randomlol It never left him.
was thinkin just that lol! ive noticed a few pieces of footage from him around this time and he definitely is speaking in cadence
Great interview. Mr. Washington should have won an Oscar for "Malcolm X". Thanks for posting this interview.
Intro scared the shit out of me
He should have won that Oscar! Hands down, but you know how it goes🤔
Why do you feel a award from white me is important. He doesn't need a white men award to know he is good
Ppl are always going to say that he was robbed of a Oscar for BEST ACTOR in MX.
Pacino did a much better job
@@lexkanyima2195Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and Black ppl will always say that he was robbed.
@@dwightlove3704 for no reason
I love denzel washington great actor
MY MAN!!!!
He must’ve been getting ready for the Philadelphia movie here
I have this interview on VHS. I remember them complaining about this movie being so long. Titanic was over 3 hours long, I didn't hear any complaining about that movie.
JFK with Kevin Costner was 3hrs
Fun Fact He has a Broadway Play that is being done in his honor in NYC at The Lincoln Center.
Wow, what a great interview!!
❤ A Miracle! I managed to save the playlist to my library! Only 14 playlist are shown on the TV. Now I can watch it on the TV!!!!
Barry Alexander Brown the film editor of Malcolm X said that this film was going to be remembered long after the making of this classic and now I see what he was talking about
This is when I really fell in loved with this man ...
To describe malcolm X in one word for me,would be that he was a( VISIONARY).
MX would have been 99 on Sunday
I gotta say, younger Denzel was more considerate to social issues than older Denzel
You’re keeping track of others while you’re standing still. Typical hypocrite
Yeah, that's because younger Denzel didn't reach full masculinity yet.
That's how they all are
Anyone, with a ounce of brain knew he wasn't going to win...
I was shocked that anyone who was associated Hollywood would get involved with a project about MX in the first place.
1:12 The Intro
Watts/ willowbrook boys n girls club Denzel was on the east side in LA ifykyk
I didn't need an introduction EINSTEIN
I do...to meet youtube standards for re-sharing existing material. Should I pick a dullard from history to call you?
@@ClevelandLiveMusicLol!!!!!!
There had to be an equality of opportunity or an equality of outcome. Because outcome can’t be legislated fairly. Although they’ve tried over and over again.
And people love to have failures
