Just for clarity, this mario party video in particular, as well as two others in the series were flagged and re-edited FOUR TIMES and despite the policy stating I only needed to censor the first 7 seconds to a minute, they still flagged every time. I had to request a manual review from youtube for every single video in this series. Its more then just monetization, a flagged video will not show up in recommendations or notifications, making it more difficult for anyone to even know it exists. It is beyond frustrating.
