There probably aren't a lot of woman breaking gender norms because a feminine man is still seen as very attractive but a masculine woman gets a lot of hate. Women can wear more masculine styles normally so as long as she looks feminine enough, she could still be "tomboyish" but a truly androgynous or even masculine women isn't seen as attractive and they would be called a guy in a demeaning way. Men don't usually find masculine women attractive and are VERY vocal about it, meanwhile women do find feminine men attractive
Wonho is pretty gender fluid but people don't see it cause he's built so manly. But he never shy aways from wearing clothes that are specifically for women like corsets, lace, bodysuits and even wore pantyhoes. He has expressed it openly about how he doesn't like gender norms and people should be allowed to wear whatever they want.
