I absolutely love this. It is nice to know that our kpop idols are very open-minded and not placed in a box due to societal standards (especially one as critical as theirs). I feel like now we're in a generation where kpop idols can express their thoughts more freely on specific topics which I am ABSOLUTELY here for. Great video luv 💙

Thank you very much for this video. 💕 I also realised that male K-pop idols suffered a lot because of these gender norms. Some western people thinks that dancing is a girl thing, male groups’ dances in k-pop are gay etc. They only consider hip&hop and break dance are manly and I feel very bad about this. This is very fucked up stereotype like ballet and figure skating are girly sports and football and basketbol are manly sports. 🤷🏻‍♀️ i feel like male K-pop idols are not comfortable with this stereotype and they try to show how stupid it is by reflecting this issue in their dances, clothes and concepts in their music like Taemin. The world will be a comfortable place for everyone if they stop drawing a line between male and female things they consider.
