Even if someone consistently charges their phone from 20% to 80% and uses it until it reaches 20% again, done twice a day, the effective battery usage would be 120%. This means they'd be slightly exceeding a typical full charge-discharge cycle. Am I correct?
I am not concerned with the drop in battery health drop but I am worried about the battery backup. The screen on time I am getting is around 3:30 hours from 90% to 20%. Battery drops rapidly on normal use and even on audio call (2-3% in a 5 mins call). Horrible battery backup and Apple support is of no use.

My iphone 14 plus is 16+ months old with 97% battery health currently. I plug charger whenever battery drops to around 7% and chargee it until 100%. I also do full discharge once or twice in a month. 80% charge wali baat myth hai.
edit on 16th June 2024 : also I want to point out that my IPhone 14 plus was purchased from Chroma and it was a made in China unit. I think made in china phones are better than indian made because I recently purchased made in India Iphone 15 plus which has heating issue since day 1. Its battery health reduced from 100% within 2 months. I never faced quality issue from china made iphones. I have purchased 5 iphones till now in which 1 was made in India and rest made in china
Bhai i do have 14plus brought on October my normal usage a day is just 4-5hour just a youtube I haven’t played a single simple game also and maintain my charging cycle 20-80% also but also my battery health is decline rapidly its on 92% after 8months
@@Ranjan_karki my iphone 14 plus was made in china and purchased from chroma. i think china made iphone has good quality compared to indian. recently i purchased iphone 15 plus which had overheating issue and that unit was made in india. battery health has reduced from 100% within 2 months

some tips 1:dont charge your phone when your phone haet
2:dont use local charger and car charger
3:use 20W official adapter and cable
4:stop the using phone when your phone heat
and let me know the reply witch model are you use and how much battery health on your phone and how much time use the phone
