- This video answers questions posed by viewers based on other recent videos. I show how I completed the heARTy Creations folio, what I’m doing to add on to my Creep on June 24 project and where I’m heading with my Full of Scrap journal. I also show some recent vintage show supplies I found and I share my simple process for making a lace or ribbon covered paper. Thank you for watching and happy creating.
Wow that folio style journal for creep-on June is awesome.
Thanks for showing us your finished, Hearty Creations folio, it turned out beautiful! I really love the lacy notebook and tag holder! :) So many great ideas and the paper clip is so clever! Thanks' Cori! :) 💖
You are so welcome and thank you!
Great video follow up. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You are super creative. Love all them lace scraps.
I’d love to visit one of those flea markets one day, you got some fab treasures. Good luck with the mammoth task of packing and unpacking everything. I hope you enjoy your well deserved summer break. Thanks for sharing your fab projects - I look forward to seeing you again when you can❤
Love your catch up videos and how you are progressing with your journals. I’m totally with you on collecting old embroidered pillowcases and tablecloths, I have so many now I’ve been using them as pockets inside project bags I’ve been making using fabric sample books I have too. Thanks for sharing Cori ❤ your little tattoo xx
Hello TFS and inspiring .Great finds loved the laces and folio’s. Happy Crafting
Thank you! You too!
What a gorgeous haul!! So many adorable laces and fabrics. And you will never run out of stamps 😂! Thanks for showing more of those fabulous makes. You never stop inspiring! Your kids at school are very lucky. I hope you actually get a little rest over the summer! Stay away from old pianos 😂. Hugs 🤗❤️
Dang pianos anyway. Thank you 😊
Old, embroidered pillow cases and tea towels. Love them. I use them daily and it’s a treasure to find them sturdy and stain free. I just love looking at the handwork. I have few tatted pieces, they seem harder to find.
Isn’t it silly how those gorgeous bits of history work their way into our hearts? I’m weak. I can’t help myself 😊
This project is incredible! Love what you have done with Craftly Hall.
Thank you 😊
You make me OBSESSED with these books! I have never been so obsessed with a project like Creep-on-June 24 since my sister, friend and I made your Scrapbusters book this past year. It's NUTS is what it is, and I couldn't be more motivated. These are amazing, and I can't wait to make more with you.
lol. I get that. I do. And thank you for joining the fun 😊
Cori thanks for the update and sharing your awesome finds with us. Sending positive vibes for the flooring project to go as smoothly as possible and we will see you when you have time. Hugs and stay well.
Thank you so much!
Beautiful laces. Cori your videos are brilliant. Thank you for the inspiration . 🌴💕
It’s very much my pleasure. Thank you, Annette ❤
Love these two journals!! I need to re-watch flips flaps and folds ❤. Beautiful tatoo
Thank you. I’m hoping to share more new ideas with the scrap journal.
The laces are gorgeous!
Hi I'm new to your channel, Love this project. Love file folders, enjoyed this very much.
Love the "catch up" videos. I always find some inspiration in the diversity of your projects. And, how well I remember the last chaotic days school. I sincerely hope you get some restful respite this summer.
I appreciate that, thank you ❤
Wow!! Great lacy finds Cori. I'll have to do more sleuthing for vintage treasures next time I visit my daughter in Seattle. Hugs.
Your work is immaculate 😮. I love your findings. You’re so lucky to have places to go to find such laces! Have a great summer and I look forward to all your videos ❤
Thank you ❤
Another great video!!!
I enjoyed my coffee time… the frosting on the coffee roll was all that vintage lace!!! Such great finds!!!!!
Your inspiration, once again, is amazing!!! My goodness you could write a set of encyclopedias with all your knowledge!!! I can see
“The World Book of Cori’s Creating with Scraps” or
The new set of “Dahmen Creating with Scraps” 😉😍🥰🥰
As you start your working vacation please take some time to stop….breathe….and take in all the love, prayers, and positive energy sent for you and your family….🥰
Until next time!!!🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘
❤💜💕
I always love your videos. So talented.
Love what you created for the creeponjune Cori! The folio is so pretty too! Looking forward to what's coming!🥰
Thank you ❤
How very clever to make a clear insert to hold your tags. Thank you for sharing.
I’m glad you like it. Thank you!
I like how you fixed your last page of your case file. Your finds are lovely.
Thank you, Jodi ❤
Hey, Ms Dahmen was one of your students of last year i think, i just remembered you have a youtube channel, and all i wanted to say is thanks for every thing you did!
Cori your ideas are amazing. I'm not following Creep on June as I'm not a fan of creepy things, but your folio construction is fantastic and I must definitely rewatch that part of this video and take some notes of your construction as it looks fantastic and so adaptable for other themes. Good luck with packing up your craft room and getting your flooring done. I hope you manage to get some down time during the summer for yourself. I know you like to be a busy bee, but after all life has thrown at you after the last year, it seems some much deserved time to recharge would be good for you. Take care and we look forward to seeing you back later in the year 💚😊
Love all your projects ❤
I love all the projects, especially what you’re doing with the creep on June. I don’t know. I’m just in love with that kid and everything about it. It’s so cool and I love that you always had so many cool pockets and tuck and everything. Great finds by the way, oh my gosh, the tatting. I wish I could tat faster and have more of it but it’s a long process. So many beautiful linens as well thank you so much for sharing.
I’m lucky to work with such great products. Thank you!
Fab haul!! You are so clever with your woodwork you could possibly use the old hose nozzle as an ink dabber!? I love your journal you are putting together for Creep on June. You really are so talented! And finally I love your little tattoo for your Tim. 😊❤
Love that hose nozzle idea! I’m going to give that a try. Thank you ❤
Your journals are wonderful. I loved seeing your purchases, too. I hope your summer is a great one.
Thank you very much 😊
Love the video ❤
Thank you!!
Hi Cori! What a wonderful video! It always makes my day when you post a video!!! Your June Journal is so creative. It must be so fun working on it. I love your work so much because it's so unusual and unique. I wish my brain worked like yours. Have a great end of the year. I don't envy you taking up your craft room. Ugh. Hope you get to do something fun and delightful this summer. Take care and know we are thinking of you and praying for you. ❤
You are always so very kind. Thank you Pat ❤
Love your videos Cori!!!
Brilliant!!!
What a wonderful video! By the way, I am also obsessed with laces and old things, and so is my youngest son, but he loves cameras, TV, computers, but he always keeps an eye on the things I like to see what he can bring to me. You’re one of my favorites 😊 (sorry but I had to say it )💐😅!!! I hope you too enjoy your summer vacation 🇵🇷
You are so kind, thank you. I love that you have a shared hobby with your son ❤
Your work is so beautiful.
Book plate? Midori binding style?
Love watching your videos!
Thanks for sharing your haul! I got very excited when you showed the off white seam binding roll that says “Fleischer’s”, as that is my maiden surname. I grew up in South Africa and the surname is very uncommon there, so seeing a manufacturer with my surname on was unusual. Enjoy your time off and hope you’ll rest well too. ♥️🇳🇦
Isn’t it a wonderful feeling when you find “the thing”? Thank you 😊
Great ideas.
Wow … what a terrific haul. I’d love to go antiquing with you! I really miss antiquing in the Norhtwest … so many options. Not much here in Tucson, especially laces, old documents, etc. love your project. Could you wrap narrow lace around your nozzle? Will miss you. ❤️
Wow, love the journals, and your amazing finds. My birthday was Monday and my friend took me antique shopping I got a small enamel ware with a lid and a bunch of other enamel ware items. I was so excited. Can't wait to get into my new craft room and set everything up. Love your tattoo ❤❤❤
Happy birthday and congratulations on the great finds. That is my first tattoo and I both love it and am sad I have it ❤
@@CoriDahmen I have only one also, a blue butterfly I got on my ankle after my cousin died. I agree sad for the reason♥️
I love when you share your treasure hauls! Such beautiful laces, stamps galore, post cards, pillow cases…..♥️
Just the thought of packing up a craft room makes my head spin! Having to do that and wrap up the school year definitely does not allow for making new videos. Guess I’ll catch up on your older videos in the interim! Thank you for all your inspiring ideas. Once your new flooring is installed and you’re back to settling into your craft room I hope there’s enough summer left for you to take a breath and relax before school starts up again! I remember times when the summers seemed long and lazy…now time flies. Enjoy each day!
Thank you very much and so much “amen!” on the summer flying by!
😍❤️
I follow at least 40 Junk Journal artist - I have to say that you are my absolute favorite. ❤Your art is so beautiful, amazing how you make everything. This is lovely to watch. I have printed out Tracies kits, but I have no idea how to begin, what to do. Throw me an art journal & I know. Thank you so much for sharing this Cori🥰
What a wonderfully thoughtful comment. Thank you very much ❤
@@CoriDahmen You're very welcome🌸
Love how you’ve integrated all the days building onto your flip/flap piece from Day 4.
Thank you. I knew I wanted to continue, I just wasn’t sure what that would look like.
New follower I really like what you did with craftly hall. I seen on here soaking stamps in warm water for 10 minutes you can slide the stamps off of their envelopes if you wanted them without the paper
thanks Cori
GREAT TO SEE YOU…❤❤❤
Thank you 😊
Great to see you, too 😊
I have a question about the beeswax embossing you use on the flowers and such. I looked on Amazon and could not find any. Can you describe just where you get it and the correct name for it. Follow all your creations and love them.
