    See decks like this really show the potential of the division system.
    A Battle group that has distinct advatages and disadvantages that requires interesting new ways of play.
    And all the interesting match ups with the advantages and disadvantages of opposing divisions.
    Problem is the top 2 or 3 meta division right now can do simply too much.
    79th for example has basically everything it could dream of in all categories.
    When those meta divisions are toned down and more restricted i think we could really get some interesting meta and Play

      Good point, but if thats the case, then it would be best to make the battlegroups based on regiments/brigades rather than divisions

    This brings back a LOT of good memories from WGRD. Hope you’re enjoying making these as much as we enjoy watching!

    I'd love to see you do the new soviet deck/division, as well as all of the other divisions if you haven't done them already. Loving all the new warno content!

      @@Stealth17Gaming I'd often overstack on AT (both investing in infantry & armor) trying to get staying power; freeing up points there and focusing a bit more on air / recon gives a lot of flexibility in a mech/cav setup.

    I probably wouldn't vet the squishy stuff like the stinger helicopters, since they'll get one hit by any MANPADS in game and no amount of veterancy is going to change that (and the accuracy bonuses from veterancy in this game are really low anyway). I'd argue the I-HAWK is a must-have regardless of any mobility things just because even if you do just plop it down and not move it chances are it's going to cover a good bit of your frontline anyway just by the sheer range, and it's good support for your fighters. That and there's always the option of not selling the truck and moving it like that.
    The point of the laser guided bomber is just to pinpoint nuke enemy infantry mostly, though they can do maybe 4 points of damage to tanks as well. The good part is that they do it from high altitude, while actually having good accuracy, and have a really quick reload. With a non guided bomber you'll either come in low and potentially eat about 20 flavors of MANPADS to the face, or drop from up high, potentially miss every target, and spend the next 5 minutes reloading. With an LGB you go in, drop, and if it misses you come back again in a minute. I find them very useful for these reasons, but YMMV.

    • @Tobias-ld2pv
      @Tobias-ld2pv ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly to the Point.
      I'd argue this Division probably shouldnt even have the IHAWK. Not having the super Long Range AA has Always been the disadvantage of the other Armor Divisions.
      No Matter what Division If you have the Long Range AA you Always take it No Matter what.
      Especially in 1v1 IHAWKS, Buks, kubs can basically Cover the whole map.

    • @Tobias-ld2pv
      @Tobias-ld2pv ปีที่แล้ว

      Also with the LGB Bomber.
      It might only kill a single infantry Unit per run but the ability to survive due to the high altitude and the high Turn around time means that they are consistently the highest kill Planes at the end of the Match.
      Just have to be careful to only Pick Out Units on the edges of the AA net.
      Which leads Back to the oppressive and must have Nature of IHAWKS Buks and kubs

    • @mrdoge9508
      @mrdoge9508 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Tobias-ld2pv At the moment just about every Soviet div has Kubs except the 119th and VDV so I wouldn't say a single NATO tank div getting long range SAMs is a huge problem relatively. Unless they end up removing the Kubs from the rest of the pact tank decks I think it's completely fair.
      That and the F-16 ASF is kind of bad so without the I-HAWK I wouldn't be surprised if the ASFs got picked off by mirages or such and your tanks and helis were left defenseless.

    • @Tobias-ld2pv
      @Tobias-ld2pv ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@mrdoge9508fair enough. I thought more about the other NATO armored divisions .
      The facts that Kubs are a Bit too Common is also a big ass issue

    A F15e has been credited with taking out a helicopter with a laser guided bomb.
    May not be possible in game but in real life those bombs are accurate.

    My prefered way of employing the Pivads is to use them to cause stun lock on a helo or plane, and then let either manpads, iraams, or long ranged sams to take it out. If all else fails, they usually cause a pip or two of damage which means he won't be employed for a little while.

  • @Tobias-ld2pv
    @Tobias-ld2pv ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Regarding the dismounted troops:
    They are basically a must take as they are your only really decent close ranged infantry at.
    All the other squads have only shitty 13 pen launchers

    Command helicopters are useful to cap zones faster as long as there is no AA in the area before sending in troops to hold it

    Btw i think the recon stat really isnt that important for the recon tank. It is nice but not really what makes them great.
    The forward deployment is the name of the game and whats actually worth the extra 40 points for the recon tanks
    Gonna allow for some really interesting openers

    From what I can tell LGB's are the best ways to mostly guarantee a kill on critically important targets such as commanders or really heavy tanks. Generally I also don't find them useful because of the chance they miss and now your plane is damaged, has hit nothing, and will take fifteen minutes to repair

    • @Tobias-ld2pv
      @Tobias-ld2pv ปีที่แล้ว

      The Tricky Thing with LGBs is that the guidance stops as soon as you Press evac. If they are already in the right trajectory against stationary Targets it works Out Most of the time.
      But especially against moving target it can seem that they aim at an entirely different sector.
      So the Trick is to Micro the Plane to Turn around as soon as the Bomb is released. And only once the Bomb Hits to evac

    • @Tobias-ld2pv
      @Tobias-ld2pv ปีที่แล้ว

      Also LGBs keep on target even If the target gets Out of sight. That can be quite useful

    • @canamoo2200
      @canamoo2200 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Tobias-ld2pv I think that does make it better and I probably have a higher bias against them because I mainly play Warsaw (the Lgb is 50 acc) which is the reason I didn't want to take the risk of buying basically a tank and the it not even hitting it's intended target.

    • @Tobias-ld2pv
      @Tobias-ld2pv ปีที่แล้ว

      @@canamoo2200the 45(!) HE LGB Bomber in the new soviet Division might be interesting.
      From a Test in skirmish it seems to basically delete anything besides the Most heaviest Tanks at full health.
      And even those it cripples.
      Tho it has the agility of a freight Truck. So Micro might be tricky

    This decks sucks. Cant 1v1 with this deck. Fkn poitless to use this. And if this comes out as dlc i will garauntee yourngoing to have to bundle this deck with others cause aint no one spending money on this pos deck
    N.g. decks would fkn destroy this deck.

    I think you might need an HE bomber to deal with infantry better, considering your otherwise more limited anti-infantry options.
