It says how much to use on the the back of the insert in the box. You used a bit more than is required. You’re supposed to do .5ml 2-5x a day for 7 days. Wait 4-6 weeks before whitening again. That’s what’s on the package.

I quit smoking in 2018, my teeth were so white after. I started again about 7 months ago, and my teeth colour took a dive! I don’t even drink coffee, or anything that stains teeth.
Smoking is SO bad for our teeth, I’m sitting here whitening my teeth because I miss my pretty white teeth and fresh breath!

depends on your habbits as well. If you smoke or drink coffee it will stain your teeth again.

Congrats on quitting smoking girl!! I have a quick question about the MySmile kit, how do you clean your mouth and the piece afterwards, it doesn't say how to on the instructions. Thank you and keep killing it girl!!
Thank you 😊 I cleaned it by rinsing it with water, I also made sure I took the light off the trey.

26y old I think I started smoking when I was in grade 8 maybe 7 no it’s grade 8 🙊 I hate it and it costs soooo much I can’t stop I think it’s bc I do nothing else I don’t drink I don’t have friends I’m home with my daughter and boyfriend I have like no life so me going to tims to get my tea 4cream 5sugar in a xL and smoke about 15 smokes a day is very bad and idk what to do
I hope my before teeth even register on the scale👀👀. I have sensitive teeth, so this could be one one for me😁😁😁

If you have braces you probably shouldn’t do that because it may make the exposed part of your teeth a different shade from the part covered by the brackets, which could be really noticeable when they’re removed. You should probably wait until you get them off.
Tori is right, wait until your braces are off so when you when your teeth it will be completely even 😊

Mine says to do 10 minutes then another 10 minutes but it doesn't say if I can spit after my first 10 minutes.
