I am not a pool player. That being said both of these women have the most wonderful concentration and stillness on their faces when they play. It's breathtaking focus.

I love Jasmine. She made a few mistakes, they were costly and at the end of the game she should have cut that 10 ball.? ( yes -no)? If I could give any constructive criticism I would say stop the brisk walk away when you miss. we're all humans we all miss it's as if you're looking for a retreat to hide. We learn from our mistakes lucky you. You don't have to learn a lot because you don't make too many mistakes.❤
I think the peeople with the cellphones would have made better video recordings with better sound than the extremely expensive tv cameras

I haven't watched women's pool in forever. Apart from the break, their skill level is approaching the men's. Impressive.
Um? Watch tzu chien wei vs chia hua chen and watch tzu break in rack 3. Easily on par with shane van boening's break. She just needs the consistency but the women can do what the men do. And I say this as a 125 pound 27 year old male

Pocketing the 10 ball but scratching the cue ball was a huge unforced error.
A little outside English would have avoided the mistake.

That was clearly an illegal jump shot on the 8 in game 10. Elevating the butt of your cue does not make a "scoop" legal. The camera angle shows quite conclusively that she wedged the cue tipbetween the ball and table using the ferrule as a ramp to launch the ball into the air.
Even snooker players don't even take that long on a shot especially the break shot ffs speedy players
Poor shoooting lost her game One and almost game Two. Always shoot for the Pro side of the pocket, Jasmine! Quit letting your cut shots skid on the rail, or you will keep missing when they rebound out of the pocket. Never be surprised on cut shots - make the Ref clean the CB to reduce its throw-enhancing friction. Shoot for the far side of the corner pockets so the OB does not dance around the corners and rebound back onto the table, as it did losing gm One for you.

It never fails.....everytime you brag on someone the player misses an easy shot! Ha
31:25 that statement is correct. I like the aggressive way to play the carom off of the 2 to pocket the 6, with running high inside English for a two rail cue ball pattern towards the head spot... you can hit the two a lot thinner move it less distance and get a little more on the cue ball that sets the 2 up on past the 8 in her front left corner, (which is actually the top right corner.)
A person who watches a lot of billiard shows whold think these company's who own the show would want you to enjoy your experience watching the game . But filthy rich company's could care less if you enjoy your experience. If they cared at all they would make the score board more watcher friendly and make it big enough to view easily.

Current WPA rules say the 10 ball gets re-spotted, and the player continues their turn. This makes it harder to win a game.
@@memmener DOES NOT MATTER. TOURNAMENT RULES PREVAIL. JUST LIKE THIS PREDATOR FORMAT. THERE IS NO WPA SHOOTOUT. THATS WHY SOME GAMES; 10 BALL YOU WIN IT, YOU DROP IT.
