Very nice indeed, i want to make me a 10lb ingot one of these days, i would like to see you get a better lifting tong for your crucible when lifting it out of the furnace, that liquid metal on your leg wont feel good. You do very entertaining videos, keep up the good work.
WTF! I am going to have to up my game! At 8:18 did that man just put his hand between the ingot and the flames coming out of the forge! I'm a 40 year veteran welder and can handle some hot stuff. But this man is a god! Please show us the blisters or tell us the vodo that you do.😮
Brother, I loved this video. Hard to find new videos of people making copper ingots that I haven't already watched. Especially liked the stamping at the end KG, OZ & LBS. Very nice touch! Also, can you use the same mold for a BRASS ingot in the near future? Subscribing & Liking! Motivation from USA Kansas 🤟
I appreciate that! bro yeah yeah you can re use the mold brass copper lead , but aluminium takes longer to contract to pop out I have noticed thanks brother yeah I am in Australia
@@itsjustme356 If I had my own place with a way to melt down aluminum/aluminum, copper, brass, etc., I definitely would also, just as I would repurpose some metal into useful & practical items. Alas, that is not my lot in life here in the States for a variety of reasons. At least I can enjoy what you and others who do such things on a regular basis. Hats off to you, Mate.
Do you think crushing an old ingot mould would give us free graphite powder. Looks like my ingot mould but upside down. Like me last episode just finished in time Awesome episode brother
