I’m also getting that same error on the FLX app! next day still has that annoying message, request fail. smh... I’m talking about the dunks that restocked yesterday. Prob going to end up calling FLX see if I can pick up today

@@CaesarSneaks So while I was at work I kept trying and at around 2pm on my actual pick up date the app finally opened up my reservation. But before that I called the store and explain the situation, they checked my name in the list and said it’s ok as long as I bring my ID
Good to know. It depends on the supervisor I guess. They remembered me the next day I went to pick them up so I think we r cool now n I shouldn’t have that problem any more.

Error codes all day Saturday on FL app. Had to speak with Foot Locker Manager to pick up the 5s. I fortuntately did take a screen shot of the QR code so they "eventually" accepted that.

Hit on these yesterday on Champs and Finish line. Kept the one from Champs, cancelled the one from Finish line. I’m not a reseller, so I didn’t need two pairs. I can’t wait to get these in hand, they’re so 🔥!!

I won the Oreo 5’s at Kids Footlocker and the associate did not scan my QR code but I did get my FLX points…. That manager just wanted to give you a hard time
They could have done it but I go there too much to ruffle any feathers. I was able to pick them up the next day n now the manager knows me so it’s all good.
🔥 🔥 blog. Maybe next time try deleting the footlocker app and then reinstalling- sometimes that error message goes away after that. Love the shattered 5 too, most definitely a 🔥 sleeper shoe.
It’s ok. It wasn’t a big deal on this pair. I would of tried that if they were more profitable. Definitely keeping my pair
