There not based in London they are based in Newcastle. That's there head office although they have a shop in London aswell.

I run an e-commerce reselling sneaker business and this is a great video resource. The dimensions of the rigid shipping boxes on-hand are spot on for the different variation of shoe boxes people will come across when shipping a multitude of sneakers. Great for single item orders. Caesar, you should make a video on how to ship multiple shoes with one packing slip if you ever have a chance. For example, 2 to 3 pairs in one order. Thanks for the video man! Very informative.

PLEASE DON'T order from them. I ordered two pairs of Birkenstock from Canada. It cost me 150$ at first so I thought it was a really good price. But I ended up having to pay 60$ fees to Fedex in addition to international shipping that was 16$ which is more than retail price if I bought them in store here. Oh and don't think you can cancel the order when you're informed about the fees. It's too late. You'll have to pay for return yourself and the refund would be close to nothing. So PLEASE dont order from them. Save yourself the headache !
