Wow, that’s a loaded question 😳 first off I always eat fresh fish and I never freeze any, I keep only what I will be able to eat within the next day or two. I would have to say Mutton Snapper followed my Grouper are my two favorites but I don’t pass up Mahi and other Snapper species. Whole baked Mutton Snapper is hard to beat. Goldndog
