Awesome video Rich !! The longer the better and for all the tackle info keep it coming i have tried a lot of your info here in New Bedford some work and some don't but that's fishing!! Thanks for another awesome video !! Tight lines !!
DEFINITELY keep showing your rigs and setups. That's one of the best things about fishaholic fam, you are great at explaining what you're using, why/how your using it and where to place it. Tight lines, Rich!
Rich, I personally LOVE watching the rigging and the tying of knots. I don't fish as much as i'd like to and watching the knots closely keeps them fresh in my mind. Keep up the good work! loving the longer vids!!!!
I love that you actually practice good handling practices when holding your fish, unlike a good majority of fishing TH-camrs. Tight lines, and keep up the good work!
I want to catch that big snook when she is a 40 haha. But yeah hopefully for all who are watching handle there fish the same and we'll all have more bigger fish for the future. Thanks for watching Red and Tight Lines!!
Hey, Rich! Personally, I like the longer videos and when you show your rigs. Also, I would like to know more about why you use the rigs you do in the situations and conditions you're fishing. Thanks for all you do and keep it up - love the channel!
100% agree to keep showing the rigging as much as you can. Surely I'm not the only novice fishermen who lives vicariously through these videos and hopes to one day get out on the water more often. Love all of your content!
Rich if I could add something, When we install any electronics, batteries included it really helps to heat shrink all the connections and then paint the connections to the battery with liquid electric tape. You have to paint it on then let it dry and repeat 3 or 4 times. Eliminates any corrosion and keeps the conductive properties at max. Lithium are a game changer and I will never go back to lead. Also never and I mean never scrub your deck with any bleach while wearing your boat shoes. I love the tennis shoe style boat shoes and ruined about six or seven pairs before I realized why it was happening. The bleach turns the soft rubber that gives you such great footing to hard as a rock rubber that is a death sentence as far as traction goes. You will slide all over. Yes you should always include the rigging as that is how alot of guys learn. I believe it's a big part of why people watch the videos
Cool Dave thanks for all the tips. I did use my heat gun and heat shrink but didn't know about the liquid electrical tape! I'll look that up. Also thanks for the bleach tip. Tight Lines!
12:45 in - 100% love seeing the rigging, the way to do things and the WHY. you are one of the better video anglers, always great content and I learn a bunch too!
Awesome vid Rich, never stop showing your rigging!! I’ve learned so much from your videos compared to others, it’s what separates you and makes your vids more interesting. You speak on the technically of the tides, your plan & your rigs!!
What I like about you is your a local TH-camr so I can finally get a chance to meet you. One day I will see you while fishing and i will bring this comment up. I’ve been watching you for atleast 2 years now. Keep up the hard work King.
Please keep doing what you do brother… Best part of your videos are all the little tricks and secrets you share with us and rigging is one of the best secrets of fishing in my opinion anyway thanks again
Brother, we appreciate be able to watch you rig your gear. Makes one feel more confident in their set ups especially when it’s similar to a successful fisherman. Thanks guy!
Very professional in every setup. Would love to learn how to use a cast net. I'm disable, bad back. Can't throw it. Continue doing your thing, very informative.
tip for the pin fish - take a slice of old stale bread or bread crumbs, grind that up and toss the crumbs into the areas where you know they're at. Plenty in your net every time. Works for other bait fish as well (shad robins etc)
Yes please keep showing your rigging and what setup you switch between. Honestly it’s something you do very well and I like to know… thanks for the vids my guy and that boat is SICK!!!!!!
Great video. I vote yes for showing your rigs - that explanation of why you choose a Palomar or double clinch knot with braid to terminal was excellent. Love the long vids too!!
Man I love this channel! I’m a fresh water bass fisherman all day but if I lived near the cost I’d be on the water all the time. Thanks for taken us with man! Hope all has a wonderful holiday weekend.
I love when you show your how you do your rigging. Keep doing what you do brother!!! You have the best job in the world 🌎 and your killing it out there. Tight lines!!
Wow what a long but interesting video. Let me tell you, I did not fast forward not even a second. When I see the notification that Fishaholic fishing posts a video I get so excited and to see you catch some big snook and sharks this videos, that was amazing. These past few videos you have been getting some monster snook and jacks. Keep it up Rich! Love the content!!
I love your videos and definitely enjoy the rigging part ;it’s helpful. I also love the drone shots. So fun catching all these different species and doing it from shore ,a boat and a kayak; pretty epic brother! Keep it going Rich!
Definitely enjoy you showing your rigging, as a matter of fact, wouldn’t hurt to take a little more time for a little more detailed instruction. Thanks for the videos!
Please do show how you're rigging, I've learned a lot from this channel. Every time I load my kayak on my roof I think of this channel, that trick really got me out on the water a lot more often. Keep up the great work.
Good choice on the battery's Rich, I use a 16' Lowe canoe instead of a kayak. I use 1 LifePO4 deep cycle ,12V, 100AH battery to power the canoe. its only 26lb where the lead battery was 79lb. It runs my 55lb trolling motor and my Garman fish finder and I can fish all day and have power left at the end of the day. !
This was my first time watching your channel, love the long video! That's a great boat, I like the way it's setup. You had a good day fishing, thanks for sharing it😃 Subscribed, can't wait to see more.
what a great day out there, it was gonna be long with all that bait an all, the boat really helps on the long hours, this is an epic vid Captn Richard.
Bright and early lol kinda early. When I go fishing a friend and I, we’re on a canoe by 5 am and watch the sunrise while anchored up catching whatever’s biting that day. Love the videos
Your vid’s are great man. Love the way you show your set up’s and nice that you list what equipment you’re using in description. Thank you for all you do for fishing
Impressive! the fish, but also you. No question, you know your stuff. I vacation and inland fish in florida and have not come close to a day like you just had.
Great info! Keep showing rigging. I'm surprised you don't have your rods rigged before you get there, but you rig quickly and get the job done.Good job!
Wow, you put out a lot of videos lately! I think you're going out faster than anyone I subscribe to. Bet you got a lot of footage on your New York, and Brazil trips to last a lifetime, but I'm seeing a lot of them from Florida so all I got to say is you're the man Rich! Keep them coming! If you get a chance to be a little more in-depth I mean like instructional, I'm all for that. But I appreciate what you do thanks again God bless!
I used to live at the base of the Jupiter Lighthouse when it was still a USCG housing area and would catch moonie after moonie in the inlet. So delicious when they’re fried up.
Finally got to watch this video. I love seeing you fish in my backyard here in beautiful Florida... Hope to see you one day on the river... Have you ever tried shark fishing off the bank in Sebastian Inlet?... Be a cool a video if you did... Great video 👏 and God bless 👍✝️❤️🎣🏹🛶🇺🇸
Keep showing the rigging/knots and why you are using what you are using . Last time I was down in Jax I was out and got a cuda about the same size almost the same way...a fun catch thats for sure ! Crazy how you are getting that many different fish right off that jetty
First time coming across your channel I have always wanted to inshore fish and never had the chance to it’s on my list. Love the content keep up the great work! Gained a subscriber!
Hey Rich, Another Florida (Clearwater/Dunedin) angler here. I'm sure it was mentioned already but your Nurse Sharks have no teeth and are harmless! Your 'Cuda poised a much larger threat but you handled it just fine! Also, I love your editing ability! I'm trying to learn to do that because I have lots of saltwater drone footage! I followed everything from giant Hammerheads, Tarpon, Snook, Blacktip Sharks, Manatee and Porpoise harassing Snook, just to name a few! It's truly amazing what you can see from 100' above the water!
Definitely dig seeing the rigging. Great video man, love to watch when I can't make it out myself. Thanks for the awesome content, I'm hooked have been for a hot minute lol.
I really like you showing your rigs. It helps me when I go out to the coast Did you happen to try the foil wrapping cameras method for beating the overheating yet?
hi i just subscribed to your channel and i don't know about everybody else but i really appreciate you showing your rigs, how you did it and what you're using. FYI this video could not be long enough, found lot of entertainment and information, hope you don't change much. thanks.
These all day trips are awesome. Seems like the batteries held up great. I like seeing and hearing your setups and knots you use for each type of fishing you are doing. Also would like to know how those shoes did after all day and if you think they would be good for jetty hopping? That cuda coming out of the water was cool. I totally agree with the way you released the sharks for the circumstances. Awesome snook in the beginning. Great action and video. Sorry for the long comment.
Nice day fishing and enjoyed seeing the cuda. Gotta be careful with sharks as well. I heard a story about a fisherman who pulled a shark up by the tail and the fish curled around biting his arm. We don't take chances fishing by ourselves for sure.
A couple years ago I was fishing the flats near my home. I catch alot of redfish in my area. But on this day, the only thing I caught was an Eagle Ray. It was so beautiful. It had to be at least 5feet from wing tip to wing tip. I fought it for upwards of 45min on 20lbs line.
Sorry this was a long one haha. Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day Weekend and coming tight on some fish. Tight Lines Fishaholic's!!!
Weather is here, wish you were beautiful. : )
