The HOA's over $400 are going to be in condo complexes for most of the time. The single family communities will usually be $50-$150 depending on what type of amenities are included. If it's a single family where landscape is more, it will make a major difference in costs as well. Never heard of a $100 HOA fee. What community is that? I'm looking to move and all the HOA 's are $400 or more
My HOA is under 100 a month. Queens Harbour but there is no pool or other amenities never had a problem in 3+ years now
