- At NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas, Bombardier is showing off the interior of the new super size Global 7000 business jet. The company's Mark Masluch gave AVweb a cabin tour and it revealed that Bombardier has outdone themselves with the interior appointments.

I work for a different Business Jet manufacturer and like what Bombardier has done with the 7000. It's a beautiful jet on the outside and I really like what they have done with the interior. A lot of great ideas here!

What an Amazing Aircraft - Pure Luxury and Comfort!
Odd marketing move to use a 6"3' guy to showcase the cabin, makes it look cramped and as though you need to constantly stoop. If they used a 5"3' tour guide the thing would look cavernous.
But how many men are 5,3? Most men are north of 5,10.

Not, so odd I think. Anyone who's been on or owns a jet like this is already accustomed to the somewhat cramped quarters. Showing a 6'4 person walking without having to bend over (and then casually working it into the presentation) is actually a smart move.

The main reason I bought this model is that my mother-in-law is 6'3" tall and claustrophobic; so I never have to lug her ass around on vacation!
Wish the main door was placed 'after' the crew cabin area, so you don't step in the plane and see right away the kitchen, ovens, etc, plus it would have kept this area entirely private for the crew. Otherwise great interior design with real beds, separate suits, optional shower, really great options for 14h long flights.

The Bombardier Global 7000’s headroom is 6’ 3” vs the Gulfstream G650’s 6’ 5” meaning the Gulfstream has 2” more headroom in this class. If you are unfairly comparing the Global 7000 to a much smaller class of Gulfstream aircraft, then step down to a similar Bombardier model too.
But the G650 doesn't have the extra length for a private bed that Global 7000/7500 has.
That is an amazing business jet. Anyone who says otherwise is being bias for some reason. Competition better step up their game.

Bombardier has always had a problem with cabin height. The G280 is 6'3" but I think the Global 7000 is just 6'0"? For 4x the price?

Mehul, they don't need it, Bombardier is sold out of these aircraft through 2021 and the orders are still coming in.
They've also just announced the 5500 and 6500 series!

Emmanuel, they helped with the CSeries, not the other regional and business jets, besides would you rather have all these high paying technical jobs disappear, how would you replace them. Do you really think that Boeing and airbus didn't receive subsidies for their aircraft? It takes billions to develop a new aircraft. Have you ever heard of the Avro Arrow? , read about that and then lets see if you feel the same way. On top of that our stupid Feds give away hundreds of millions of dollars ,tax payer dollars every year to help shithole countries and we don't get any benefit from that, we don't even know where the money goes and for what? to make Canada feel good on the world stage. Look, right now our so called allies won't even back us up against Saudi Arabia, so we continue to support other countries. I say bull shit, as far as I am concerned the government can continue to support Bombardier and any other Canadian company, hell they bailed out the the 3 American auto companies, and they are not based here and you won't see them adding any jobs, just some food for thought next time you think the money has been wasted.

A 70,000,000$ dollar airplane - actually, I thought that as soon as you board at the front of the plane , it looked like the space to walk, tote bags and all kinds of carry on ...”stuff” is really hindered by the entire (in this case) left wall which acts as the galley. I’m nowhere close to 6 feet but that being said, I found that after the up front galley, there seemed to be more room to move; just wasn’t a fan of the placement of the kitchen area ... I guess other than that, well, what else could you want in a personal plane.
It would be much more practical to also show the bathroom/toilet if provided.
If you sleep. It is difficult for guest And crew to use the bathroom.
It has 2 bathrooms.
Everybody is so upset that they used a tall guy and I as someone who is 6'4 I am glad to see how big the cabin actually is and not get tricked by them using a midget
