    Man I dig this trailer for motocross race trips with my kids and wife. We have two young kids who race 50cc and soon 65cc. We're one of the only families who sleep in a tent (Gazelle Overland T4) with our Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. We have been able to haul one bike in the trunk and another bike on a switch hauler, but now we're gonna have to get into the trailer territory. 😉 I love the look and direction the Overland market is headed to vs standard antiquated trailers I see at the Motocross tracks.

    Thanks for another great vid! Some questions: How is the Joolka Hot Tap sink and shower connected to the water source? Do you have a exterior bracket that holds a standard 20 lb propane tank, and can be secured with a lock? Is there a framed door (like Airstream)? Is the Wrappon Green a selection that can be optioned instead of the cassette toilet? Can track be added to the top roof panel for more gear? Can brackets or track be added to the spare tire side to hold a 270 awning, with the shower cube mounted below?

    • @ANTISHANTY
      @ANTISHANTY  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Derek! Thanks for reaching out and great questions. We will be doing a detailed "how it works" video on the Joolka system in the future. Yes, we can add a 180, or 270 awning off the shower side. We also have a toilet delete option if you would like to select a different toilet option like the Wrappon Green. Happy Trails!

    Where is the water tank ? How much water can you carry ?

    • @ANTISHANTY
      @ANTISHANTY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Water tanks are individual 4-gallon tanks and can be used in several different ways. We provide 6 tanks. Water system also allows you to use water from a lake or river for a hot water shower. Thank you!

    I always laugh about the “ecological sensitive human waste”. Nothing more organic than that and I mean it’s not like nature poops and pees in only specified responsible ecological waste disposal areas. That being said, this thing is awesome. I like it for the height alone for being a tall guy.

    • @ANTISHANTY
      @ANTISHANTY  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      LOL. Indeed! Some campsites in California have a "fully self-contained" requisite. Thanks for the encouraging words! We also love the height!

    How long does the heater run on one tank of deisel. My wife and I camp in the winter in Wyoming and Utah.

    • @ANTISHANTY
      @ANTISHANTY  ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! The Diesel tank is a 2.5 Gallon (10L) tank. Running the heater all night long uses roughly 3/4" of fuel. You could winter camp for about a week with the diesel heater.

    This whole thing is full of design flaws. Let’s start with the outdoor kitchen cabinets. They claim to have added these so that they don’t take up interior space. However, if they would’ve made the entire unit 12 inches wider on both sides you could’ve had additional interior space all the way up and down both side walls. Then when you open up the panel for that so-called chopping board/shelf, it would still be available in the same capacity that it is currently utilizing. The A-frame roof is another huge flaw. If you’re going to design a roof that manually cranks open like the A-frame roof then it should’ve created additional headspace For walking around the unit. Both the front and back could’ve had 600 denier nylon and zipper panels that attach to both sides of the A-frame and the ceiling of the unit to create the fully enclosed space for the inside of the camper while it’s parked and used as a camper, they used a lot of high-quality material and camping, gadgets and tools. Props to them for all of that the build quality seems to be great, but the design package has lots of holes and is a huge miss.

    • @ANTISHANTY
      @ANTISHANTY  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Really appreciate the comment.
      - If we made the entire unit wider by 12 inches each way, the unit would no longer have a seamless floor or seamless roof panels, there would be seams everywhere. We use one-piece panels for a durable and weather-tight unit, as well as sustainability and minimal scrap. Also, by just having the Kitchen/Accessory boxes on each side, you can still use your side view mirrors on most vehicles. With the current width, you also get a better slipstream while towing.
      - The A-frame gives a 9'6" ceiling height for standing, stretching, changing, enjoying views, airflow, you name it. All bed panels can be removed, top bunk, and lower bunk, to allow for full standing and walking height through the whole unit.
      - Each A-frame end has integrated folding triangle walls that you close up to make a fully hard-sided, enclosed, camper. No need for fabric. Screens are also provided if you would like airflow but without the bugs.
      Again, appreciate the comment. Adventure on.

    That AC runs off the included lithium batteries? I imagine that would drain those things almost instantly.

    • @ANTISHANTY
      @ANTISHANTY  ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! Lots of variables here for sure based on external temps and A/C settings. From experience, the PRO will run the A/C for about 8 hours without charge, so you could expect the LIMITED to be around double that.

    Do you still need a rain fly for the roof ?

    • @ANTISHANTY
      @ANTISHANTY  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Sharon, The fly is optional. For extreme weather or an additional thermal break, it can be a nice feature. However, many customers opt not to use them.

    I really like it. Especially with my family of four. However, you should mention that it is not entirely rain proof unless you have on the rainfly. As any tent camper knows, you almost always have to put on the rainfly with just a small chance of rain in the forecast. Huge pain in the butt compared to other trailers.

    • @ANTISHANTY
