The reason it sounds like Billie has a lot to do with the mixing of the song so I don't fully blame V, but I mean, the choice of vowels here and her tone is different here than any of the other songs of her I could find. Reminds me a lot of the old hit "China in your hand" by T'Pau from 1987 but with a Disney-twist to it. Likeable, not for diabetics but will do well in the competition if the staging and live performance is on point.
