Route 269 wasn't completely withdrawn between Woolwich and Bexleyheath until 1999. There was a single early morning journey at about 0510 that ran with a midibus from Plumstead Station to Queen Mary's hospital in Sidcup on Monday to Saturdays.

Beddington plans to have a new depot should've made large expansions, only enabling the new route by Erith and not Brixton Hill is likely to suffer ALN did not buy them. Arriva are very much needed DD have a much more capable of helping the 106, 217, 173/673, 174/674, 496, 649/650/651, 96, 486, 3/N3, 275, 372, 317, 104, 197, 132, 128, 407, 24, 109/N109, 212, 357 and 667 as well as tackle a 2025/6/7 contract, don't bid. I'm thinking of ALN space.
Gonna be honest, it was better with Stagecoach. Wish it could still be with it. Oh well. Anyways, gonna miss it with Arriva though, but I miss the ALX400s from Bromley Garage on it. Those were the days.
@TransportCrazyPlayz no, they're being used on the Silvertown cycle route. The 323 got retained by Stagecoach with electrics but that was before the contract for the cycle route was announced so no one knows what the allocation will be in the future. we'll just have to wait and see
@@MostlyBuses1 Never noticed the Silvertown cycle route would be surprised if there were some rationalisation between two tunnels and even tighter before it was passed on through stagecoach west ham, Only one off EV's proxy in some respects as Ash grove keeps the 323 past 5 years. Hard to maintain right coverage for old times before East Thames buses taken over 2005 Arriva London which can be solved ex- CT Plus the extra cost of getting unique perspectives, especially on small operators where they can’t afford Lea Interchange all the regulations.

269 will look extremely weird with Go Ahead London, if it was Stagecoach London that it was returning to, then I would said say it’s fine
I don't mind GAL getting the 269 tbh. The temporary allocation will be nice
