ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

You can get the fin fang foom bootleg for 160 usd on ali express they actually got their hands on the original molds so he's the exact same size and the paint wash actually looks better than the original
yeah and why not a hulk buster, it would be so great!!! Imagine if you can put a regular size iron man inside, and if they include light features!!!!
No. A HasLab Dormammu or Shuma Gorath would be great but a Symbiote beast would be even better like the the Grendel Symbiote dragon.
I would love a new Foom with a larger scale and more articulation, (Like in the neck and tail), and the ability to shove your Nextwave member down his pants-

It looks absolutely phenomenal, but really a figure of that size should have ratcheted joints on all the load bearing parts. Even tightened screws will work loose with posing. Someone slipped up.
Still it looks incredible. Hope all the buyers have fun with their new robotic friends.🙂
As a kid, I remember the X-Men legends game having Sentinel androids, the level design was creepy.

I never really care about packaging, but that box art looks dope.
I missed out on this, as I'm not an X-men guy and knew it was going to be tough to get permission for something from by significant other that I'm not truly passionate about (She gave me permission for Galactus) . Having said that, I do not for the life of me, imagine anyone who was willing to make this investment, are going to be disappointed. This thing looks fantastic.

Something I don't see anybody talking about is probably my favorite thing about the Sentinel; the design! I love the design here. It's a great modern looking design that Hasbro created that isn't based on any 1 specific look, but their own creation and they nailed it. I really wish they would give that same treatment to the other flagship characters.
I love it! For a display of X-Men this is definitely the best anyone could have!
That last set up is amazing. Seeing that makes me want one super bad. Also the master mold and the two older sentinels looks dope as well.

I understand people wanting sounds to come out of figures. I hear a lot of people saying they want transformers leader classes to have the again. But I've never have liked them l, in my time collecting figures I have found I heavily prefer one that don't have any lights or sounds.
For the price they charged Hasbro should have done a bit better but lets assume, since it's the first time they're working on a ML of this size, they will have a learning curve and Galactus will be better. I'm hopping they understood that a figure of this size needs strong ratchets almost everywhere, that it's better to have more range in the articulation then any light gimmicks (the collectors will used the light gimmicks once or twice and then will remove the batteries so they wont oxidize and ruin the figure) and that if they save money by not including the light gimmicks they can spend it on more parts and more paint to enlarge the range in articulation and to add more paint details to the lifeless gun metal grey parts.

P.S. I hope the next big ML (same size as this one) will be a classic looking Sentinel and that it will be released as a regular ML and not through Haslab so everyone can get one without having to pay more then double the retail price.
I feel that Galactus will have the same issues. They should have waited to hear feedback from the Sentinel before rushing Galactus out the gate.
@@MashBrains it’s not rushed at all, Galactus hasn’t been mass manufactured yet. They just have that sample prototype Dwight showed, plenty of time for changes

@@sebltan it said it began manufacturing, you don’t know what that means. Could be starting to make the molds, mixing the plastic color, or just ordering parts, etc. They have an entire year dude
You know modern high quality batteries can last like a decade or more before causing damage?
Hopefully Hasbro can fix this issues for the future of Galactus and they have one year and I don't mind waiting a bit long as long as it is better than this design :)

this Sentinel would go perfect with the older Marvel Universe figures, the 3 3/4" ones, it would make this thing look like a real monster, and you could display it figthing an entire army of X-Men.

What special effects are you using for Cyclops optic blast, Nightcrawler’s bampf and Jean Grey’s telekinesis look?
400 bucks and it doesn't measure up to a pg gundam in articulation or just having ratchet joints.

How do you get your lights to stay on as long as you did? I hold it for 3 seconds and it only flickers for about 30 seconds before shutting off.
So you said in your last sentinel video you have got more then one. I was wonder how many of these did you order? My guess was 3 for a nice army building since each one comes with two prime sentinels and the extra heads as diorama pieces.
You're calling it unfortunate. Missing something on a $20 toy is unfortunate. Missing something on a $350 toy is called a fuck up. They fucked that up. It ABSOLUTELY should be there and it isn't. No excuses at that price point.

Just got mine today. This thing is amazing. My knees are decent. But it needs a permanent fix. But this and the neca tmnt turtles in disguise set are my favorite things this year by far. Love the review.

It sucks that I missed out on this beast of a figure. As well as the Prime Sentinels. I do hope Hasbro rereleases the Prime Sentinels as army builders soon. That way we can build a Prime Sentinel army without bleeding our wallets dry.

I couldn't step away without commenting on a couple of common gripes: that white gunk was on BOTH of my stealth Iron Mans... not sure what it's for in the assembly process? Gross.
The other thing is the expectation that Hasbro will somehow "learn from their mistakes" and apply that to Galactus.
Haven't been collecting ML long, have you? Hasbro doesn't admit mistakes. They "fix" them even less. Now that we've all proven we'll pay any price for special editions and accept $23 per six inch figure off the pegs plus tax, they have even less reason to address quality control. Ten years of new MLs and the ankles still can't crunch forwards and you still can't stand a suited figure on a peg stand. Don't hold your breath for Hasbro to improve anything. Our grandkids may see improvements, we won't.
Nice review! It's a pity that the photo gallery is black most of the time, I hope you can fix it soon. It's amazing how many dioramas you can create.

Things like the knees and the figure doing splits unintentionally are why I'd never make this large of a $ investment in any single item Hasbro touches.

I actually saw a reviewer do just that. Although the colors are off, many of the pieces are almost the same size as this sentinel.

I kinda like that you can make it look like one eye is lit up instead of both can do sum shots like his eye went out first in a fight like his power is going crazy or when he powers on just have one eye lit up in a dark background behind an xman would look dope but yea great review and figure
