Coming back to watch this series after 2 years because it’s just that good
Well, that just warms my little heart. 🥰
By far the best battle reporter for frostgrave!!! Keep them coming!
Thanks Hunter and can do!
Seriously stunned by the production value and effort you put into your videos. Everything is streamlined, engaging, and very easy to watch. Thank you for the quality content!
J Nor, you are the best! Hopefully things get even better over time!
Haha nicely done! I can't help to smile like an idiot when i hear "Svartholmen". Love also how all apprentices seems to have so normal names! 😂
Well, you helped with all the names! And yes, the standard apprentice names are on purpose. I find it comical and I’m glad someone else noticed.
The best part about Frostgrave is your painted minis can do double duty in RoSD and Warcry!
Think I found my new favorite frost grave battle reports. Good work
Really appreciate it! More coming soon.
Reading the title... I only can think: 'The Worm is the Spice! The Spice is the Worm!' Ok, now your battle report... *excited*
25 minutes later: Very cineastic report, sir. It is so cool to play Frostgrave myself and simultaniously to take part in your FG games as a spectator. Approved!
As always, appreciate the view and support Wolfgang! Hopefully your games are going well!
@@DiceChatter Thanks. Yes, yes... the usual RNG-thingies... all is going pretty well. Apprentices strucked down by lightnings, smashed legs and lost fingers, Knights eaten by poisoned Dire Bears... well, Felstad IS the place to be!!! Have fun. And sun.
Great battle report, makes me wanna jump back into Frostgrave!
These are some of the best frostgrave batreps on youtube, i applaud your sense of theatre. Would be nice to see some more. A new vampire book has dropped for the game recently. Could make some good new content? 😉👍
Love the world you've made, and the personality of the warbands is palpable. Where did you get the demon wizards?
Thank you Jake! And the demon boys are Reaper Bones models.
Love the way your producing these battle reps. Great figures and terrain.
Much appreciated! And more to come!
Great video mate. Loving the Frostgrave series.
I’m lovin you Shawn 🤓
@@DiceChatter I know.
awesome video! as always, excellent narration and beautiful paintjobs; looking forward to seeing more of this campaign
Really appreciate it! Glad you like the video.
Great production value. I like narrator format
Another great narrative game report. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Eric. Much appreciated!
Fantastic bat-rep!
Thank you kindly!
Just got this game and looking forward to playing it. Really enjoy your videos!
Thanks a bunch! Frostgrave is really an awesome game.
Awesome battle report once again Donny! The Possess and Push spells were clutch in that battle.
One rules note, Steal Health and Transpose (if targeting an enemy) allow a Will save. I wasn’t sure if you rolled those off camera.
Oops, totally missed that. There is always something I guess. Glad you enjoyed the report Alan!
@@DiceChatter yeah, there’s a lot to keep track of - especially gaming solo.
@@DiceChatter I just realized I was wrong about Transpose! In 1st Edition uncontrolled monsters make a Will roll to resist, but i just found out that in 2nd Edition it specifically states they don’t. So your use of Transpose on that Imp was correctly played. 🙃
Those minis pop, great job
Nice to hear a Springsteen reference 😂 great report, somehow I didn’t see this one when it was released last year.
Thanks Tim! Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome video, great production. Happened to luckily kill the Giant Worm recently with my apprentice Lobsang in melee after some nice dice rolls :D. Keep up the great work!
Thanks Gerome! Appreciate the support!
Awesome job sir...I've been a fan of Frost grave since it came out and v2.0 is even better. keep up the great work...
Thanks for the kind words, and will do!
17:30 might be my favorite reference on this channel.
Haha! You are the first person to say something Trey! Glad you noticed.
Yet again ANOTHER great video. keep up the great work!
Always appreciated Alejandro!
Nice done as always. The terrain pavement peaces i really like. You done them by yourself? Svartholmen has a nice Swedish flawor.👍
The roads are 3D printed, but I did paint them up with some cheap craft paints if that counts. And glad you liked the report!
Svartholmen? The dark island..
Looks more like Isön or Snöholmen to me?
Haha! I only can do so much to appease my 2 Swedish viewers...
Awesome video. Great job! Just curious why he took a summoning circle as he can already cast that spell. Isn’t it better for someone who doesn’t have the spell? I get the bonuses to Casting the spell are good for either person (+1 Casting) but just curious.
Nice, your group activating is kinda off tho ... you have to do all first actions of all involved & first action has to be movement ( you cant cast a spell & then move, like your first wizard phase) End of the day , so long as your having fun :)
I see what you are getting at. For the sake of making the game an easier watch and faster, I will mention if I do a group activation before the moves take place. Moving every fighter and getting multiple camera angles can take away from some enjoyment, so certain phases, I’ll speed things up a tad.
RAW are a little confusing but in group activation, each person can take their actions before others go. Great overview here (and he interviews Joseph McCullough, the creator): th-cam.com/video/wdxRCtevxyQ/w-d-xo.html
Anyone know where Nikolai is from? I love that mini and need it in my life.
Love the BatReps!
Great narrative and production! Makes me want to play. I also love the painting of the miniatures, and the terrain! Looks like some of the terrain is FDM printed? If so, where do you get your terrain files?

"We have wormsign the likes of which not even GOD has ever see-"
* Crossbow Bolt fells giant worm *
"...okay, never mind..."
Yeah, the worm didn’t have a chance... poor guy.
Awesome report! Where is the eye beast from?
Thank you! Pretty sure it is a reaper bones model.

So, I have a question gor you Donny, are you having as much fun playing Frostgrave as you did playing Warcry?
I am having a lovely time playing frostgrave. I would probably say I do enjoy frostgrave more than Warcry. But that doesn’t mean I’ll stop Warcry or anything. Actually should have another bat rep next week!
@@DiceChatter thank you good sir 👍👍❤
I love this content, please continue :DDD
Also I´m trying to make it with the dnd 5e rules for one of my campains and these videos help me a lot with ideas :DD
That's the plan!
Ah yes Shadowfey terrain. Its pretty sweet. Do you think you might do some rangers of shadowdeep missions?
A lot of folks have suggested some RoS. It may be something I’ll have to look into!
very good!
But how did they manage to blind the worm if it had no eyes? 🤔
Its... Magic!
Dice Chatter certainly a wizard did it
Woo!
Ohhhhhhh
Ahhhhhhh.
No more warcry?(
Have a number of Warcry reports in the works. I’m just one person and making the reports takes time. Just gotta be a little patient 😃
@@DiceChatter oh its ok, im sorry, just thought that you dont like warcry anymore or something
