Hello Nini, there is no fixed quota for the number of students that will be accepted into TCSOL or MTCSOL
As long as you have passed your required HSK level and do well in your interview you will be selected.

Do you mean who can study the course? If that is your question then both foreigners and chinese nationals can study this course but as foreigner to study this course your chinese level must be very high and fluent .

@@jannyyoung8738 yes HSK 5 is okay, but you will be required pass your level 6 after the first year and concerning the classes, the locals and foreigners will be separated into different classes but there will be some courses they take together.
