My Giant Gourami just beat the fuck out of my 13 inch Oscar, he almost killed her, they had been together for over a year, and I have never seen them even come close to fighting! Sucks, It was a couple months ago now, and the Oscar is healed, but I have been keeping fish for over 20 years, and I would have bet anything I own thta she wasn't going to make it, i even went out to get clove oil for her, so she wouldn't suffer, and luckily i couldn't find any!! She is completely better, it took almost 2 months just to heal the wounds, and almost another month to get her to eat again! but she's back to herself now, she's eating like a champ! And I had to get rid of my Giant Gourami, he was unfortunately outgrowing my tank. So that won't happen again! He REALLY fucked her up tho. Beautiful fish by the way bro! and sweet tank.

This fish comes from Indonesia, to be precise, from the desert area of West Sumatra. ,, if in my place this is called carp. greetings a hobby. Thank you.
in my country giant gourami its for eating..you can find a lot of gourami menu in many restaurant...i have 10 albino gourami on my aquarium..sometimes if they going bigger i will eat them or sold it..
Realize your eating a fish that you feed flakes and pellets, your basically eating shit, go to the store and buy a fish not one you kept as a pet. Weird ass fool
