This brings to mind Cormac McCarthy ‘s novel The Passenger which he published a few months before he died at 89 years old. You can be the most intelligent person on earth and you can dig deeper than anyone else but you will never find out the answers to the big questions. In fact, the more you learn the more you realize that you can’t know anything. That is unfortunately our cross to bear as human beings. Brilliant, beautiful final statement by a brilliant writer. As for these two artists they were two of the greatest to ever step upon a stage or in front of a camera. Rare, rare talents both of them.

I would say thirty-thousand views in a year (this video) is pretty decent. I have had two viral videos as a music-video filmmaker. I am a musician I was so pleased with my re-mix songs that I began to do a specialized video for each re-mix. And the led me into this type of filmmaking. My big viral video was of two Swing Dance champions, Nils & Bianca (of Sweden). I had set one of the dances to a rock-N-roll song (Rock This Town). The video when totally viral, but I only realized later that it was the mobs of Nils and Bianca fans who started watching my video, and thus my channel. I am pleased with my work, but just still push forward to break the algorithm.
I do think these "Inter-Psychic Interviews" work here do stand on their own as engaging and though-provoking body of work, whether or not the filmmaker, Mr. Jonas, gets pulled into the Hollywood industry or not. // I, myself, do not work with any sort of AI and I am rather stunned as to how this was done, or that these videos could even be possible.

The World/Society broke these mens' hearts...and the illusions their brilliance could create could only sustain them for so long before each time the darkness enveloped them once more.As Mr Seymour- Hoffman said dealing with the euphoric highs and crushing lows takes a heavy toll and you get weary, very weary of that battle.Depression, Mania,Bi-Polar,give it any title but the truth is some people get it and recover while many don't and JUST manage to survive and tragically many get worn down so far until escape is the only option, brilliant mind or not.

Our heads are too big to exist in alone, try to share and connect. Just try to help someone who needs it and see how it feels. Know that there are humans on this beautiful planet who care about you, even people you have never met and will probably never meet, can see value in you and your life. Now this second part is truly incredibly well put together, im in awe. It's very fun to see how much any individual without even having to know these people being able to enjoy these conversations that partially took place now found in a new place that doesn't exist to be recycled and reinvented. I am convinced that depression is the result of brilliant men who look for meaning and realize it cannot be found in this life, that it transcends this existence in a way, that this is really a mercy of sorts, a holding cell in a prison, sending the tender hearted soul into a spiral of despair so that they might know with certainty, this cannot be it, this cannot be all, something is missing. The fact that we cry out exclaiming, "God where are you, say something!" because we know that without him we have nothing, so that we might be willing to forsake the entire show, the circus, the stage of life, if you will, and pursue just him, God. His person. I cannot see how anything but Jesus Christ fills that role for the despairing and gentle, good hearted people of this world who mourn. He can be our only comfort.

This is my experience with philosophy in a nutshell. You can read Nietzsche, Kant, Aristotle etc. and sentimentally it may make you sick (depending on your emotional constitution). However, it is nice to know that life is a "never-ending series of walls". One must remember "ataraxia". Sometimes, it is best to stop asking metaphysical questions and simply be the proverbial "paladin". Just be good and do good for yourself and others. Simply live life, and not get sick of "God" and worldly things.

I just stumbled on this channel.
This was unexpectedly heavy. Two people whose ends displayed to us the extreme weight of being human.

Lord, how broken were these two?! Hindsight is 20/20. There were 4 times in my life when I realized I made very bad choices. They were so bad, I couldn't eat or sleep. All I thought about was the problem at hand. I learned to give my pain/worry to God! It's the most freeing experience ever. Each time God helped me to deal with the outcome, GOOD or BAD! Giving our pain to God can't be taught! You either have it in you or you don't! Personally I can't deal with pressure on my own and I have the wisdom to understand that. I can't help but to believe these two had darkness inside that I never want to comprehend! Lots of people do! I don't know what else to say...

I feel the Robin Williams described in a way, I mean, I still hitting only walls and overwhelming feeling of despair because this lack of job opportunity here in São Paulo, Brazil. It is hitting hard on.me, on the way I see life and on my purpose on Earth. Why am I here for?. How long this dark could will stay over me for?. Why me?. Why at this moment in my life??😢. I've been crying and sad a lot more than usual. Hopefully, something good gonna come way soon. Have mercy on me Lord😢.

@@JoeHerdez777 Most comedians or clowns usually act happy & bring joy to those around them. It’s a good disguise for quite a few people who suffer from depression etc. One would never know unless you knew them personally😔

They were both so deep and trying to find reasons, but there are none. Without hope almost fooling ourselves to have hope is the on,y thing that keeps us sane. Just my opinion, who knows but I admired both of these people for their work and humanity.

I had no idea these talks existed! Robin Williams is very sad in this video! It’s hard to grasp what he was going through, because he seemed like the one guy who loved life and looked forward to everyday! I can’t think of any famous death that has hit me harder than his! I think because he made me laugh so much! 😔

When I looked at the list of celebrities that passed away in 2014, I made a mosaic of them and typed over it 'Maybe next year God will allow us to laugh.'
Those we lost in 2014: Robin Williams, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Joan Rivers, John Pinette, Casey Kasem, Sid Caesar, Mickey Rooney, Marcia Strassman, Mike Nichols, David Brenner,
