Recently bought this vacume and perfer it to my top of the line Dyson. They are both good machines but the Shark is half the price and works just as well if not better.
Hey great video. Very thorough. I have a question. Have you tried the shark Stratos? If yes how would you compare the suction power, weight, and, most important to me, the build quality?
I see that you’ve responded to comments regarding the Stratos & Detect Pro, but I’m curious if you have any experience with the Vertex Pro. How does the PowerDetect compare?
@@ZeusfamilyreviewsThank you so much for your quick reply. This is a big plus for me as I have the Dyson cordless vacuum and it bothers me big time. I’m ready to replace it and my Dyson my back up. Thank you so much! This really helps! ❤

@@jltb5283 agreed, I really love the PowerDetect line of vacuums.

Thank you! I haven’t tried the Stratos yet but it’s on my list.
The stratos is good but if you run it at full power it lasts you about 15min
Is this better than the Detect Pro?
I think it is. The Detect Pro is good but the Powerdetect is better.

I want to ask the same thing! I’m debating between the two
@@DreamOnClouds123 I absolutely love the Powerdetect. The detect pro is good too though. If I had to pick I’d choose the Powerdetect.
For carpetted floors, absolutely.
The Detect Pro’s strengths are on hardfloors and above floor cleaning.

@@gurpymcbonbon I haven’t tried the Vertex Pro yet, but out of all the vacuums I’ve reviewed the PowerDetect is my favorite.
How is the power trigger? Do you have to keep pressing it like the Dyson? Or this is hands-free?
@@ajmutia no it isn’t like the Dyson, you turn this on and stays on, no need to push a trigger 😊

@ you’re welcome! It’s definitely nice to not have to hold a trigger down!
70 mins in handheld eco mode, i wonder how it does otherwise
