I accidentally did it once while going too fast and braking so I could go around a corner and I never actually learned to properly do it. It felt so cool though I think I might practice it
Basically you brake and turn hard, countersteer once you start to lean. Practice on a loose surface until you can get sideways well. Keep practicing and you're good!
