I was just deactivated too. For no reason. I did the self identity photo as asked of me. Spark app said “approved” and “your’re all set”; next minute I’m being told I’m deactivated.
Clearly a glitch man. This is so damn annoying though. It has only done this to me for 15 mins after an ID check, but on mine it was fixed without me even having to contact support. Good luck man, this is very ironic that the guy showcasing the scammers, gets deactivated for "scamming" by not scamming at all...
Oh and my mother who is retired wanted to do Spark a little and got approved logged in app and uploaded her DL and bank info stuff. Immediately she can’t Spark now and gets error deactivated. But when she calls they say she isn’t. A whole month of tech tickets and still nothing. She gave up and doesn’t even want to keep trying. She did get UE and DD going so that’s good,
I don't know what's wrong with the spark id scan. I have to do it about every 3 days, but when I do it, I have to scan 3 times before it will accept. Been that way for a couple weeks now. It always goes through, but why do I have to scan my face 3 times?
When you click eligible link. And type in stuff. It gave you options to pick from. It did have the one stated" i didn't get reasin why". It wS under option failed id scan. Did you try clicking no resason given?
Ahh! Not again. 😢 I've got faith you'll get back on soon. Most likely a face scan glitch with the lighting. Lately, at night I turn my brights on and do the scan in front of my car. More light than my dome.
Also i have had people say the reason the face scan may not work is that they tie the face scan to the very first face scan so as long as you have always been the one doing it you will pass even if its not your account but Im not sure if thats true its just something i see people on facebook and reddit say

@paulmartin7309 a glitch that kicks you off the app for 4 days, unjustly should be an emergency on their end.

You probably got deactivated because you're an American citizen, Spark no longer allows that

It's probably a glitch with the identity on Spark.

I got an email that said my zone is going to start doing the ID scan but i haven't had one yet but im worried about it
Did you delete the data and cache? Try that and go back to login

I think it was glitchy all night.. every other batch I accepted i got a identity prompt
