It is truly a fantastic piece of music. You can for sure play it on the acoustic guitar, you just won't have the distortion and effects. I play it on my acoustic and it sounds beautiful in an entirely new way.

Hey buddy! I'm running my guitar into Bias fx 2 (amp sim). I was using two Mesa dual rectifier amps to create this huge stereo "wall of sound." Going along with that, I had a big muff fuzz pedal and a boost going into the front end of the amps, then to two 4x12 cabinets. There's more to how I got the tone to sound how it does, such as eq, compression, saturation, mixing essentially. It's too much to explain in one comment, LOL
