Excellent video. Had to use a suction cup as well.
Our Flex laptop was on but only the fan was and absolutely nothing else. We decided to pry it open and manually disconnect the laptop, since even the power button didn't work. Nothing did. This did the job. Thank you!

Question! Pretty new to this computer stuff. So upgrading the SSD just lets give's you more storage correct?
You can also put a faster better quality one.

@@ItsBinhRepaired Thank you!! I just did this myself and the suction cup was amazing (I had a GoPro suction cup mount). I just put the suction cup on all four corners (one at a time) and peeled it off one corner at a time. Going to upgrade to a 1tb intel 665p

I used a flathead screwdriver to open the back, i put the flathead in the gap between the clips and turned the head until the clip popped up. (May scratch the cover a little if not done properly

You made the back removal look so easy. I tried with a suction cup and cannot get an opening. I wonder if they straight up superglued mine.

I love this laptop, but the SSD is a little slow. Consider swapping out the SSD with a samsung 980 pro.

I spliied apple juice over mine and I've only had it for 2 months, some keys are hard to press. Could you make a video on how to clean the keys because i don't want to pay for it and i think i can just pop off the keys but bestbuy said not to do that cause "it can cause more problems" what should i do?
I don't own these laptops, so the only way I can make a video of that is if you ship me your laptop. Every laptop keyboard style is different.

I have this same laptop but im having an issue the screen is black but the keyboard and power indication are turning on however i dont hear the fan i opened it up and cleaning majority of the dust however some of the tape had been ripped around the long connector connected to the fan is this the problem?
The tape was ripped due to a sticky substance getting in through the vent i cleaned it to the best of my ability but still nothing

Can you remove the keys for this laptop? I spilled soda on the keyboard and now some of the keys are sticky.
Yup, but I don't have it to show how. I use a needle to pop the clips under the keys.

I've already reinstall windows twice, then the Whea Uncorrectable Error has not yet fix 🤧

@@ItsBinhRepaired you sure? I think the ram is mounted behind/under so you need to remove the board to see. Because they have 2 models. One 8gb one 12gb.... 12gb usually means two off brand 6gb chips or the weird combo 8/4.... Might mean the 10210u version has one 8gb or two 4gb

I know this is an old thread but hope someone is still looking at it. I'm looking for the factory image file. I believe the drive has failed and want to try to startup the laptop from usb before purchasing a replacement. I made the changes in BIOS and tried a spare drive via USB with a windows boot file (from other computer) but no go.
I don't want to waste my money buying a new drive if its the motherboard. BIOS shows SATA drive not installed.
Create a windows installer with another computer windows usb installer from Microsoft

@@ItsBinhRepaired I tried this and it says it should be in the windows update but that doesn’t work either. Was hoping they had the support page like most site that provides all the drivers but nope 😭 and I wasn’t able to back them up because everything was all corrupted 😭

@@ItsBinhRepaired facts lol if possible tho you should backup your drivers and put them up for other who may have this same issues. would help alot and possibly get you some decent traffic unless im the only one having these issues lol
