Sir, the day to day operations of a bank includes dealing with the customer , addressing their grievances and providing them with the better solutions making the job very much challenging and also while working as a probationary officer one need to work in different segments be Debt recovery , business development , customer grievances section etc . I think while working as a probationary officer one needs to be very much versatile as well as flexible .Working as a probationary officer will help me build both professionally as well as personally . that's why I chose banking as mu career and I will give my 100% while rendering my services to the bank .

Sir, Bank is the backbone of Indian economy, and therefore it needs suitable persons, and i think i am suitable because, a PO is someone who has to tackle various responsibilities like dealing with customer, supervising clerks, dealing with grievances etc, so a PO has to be adaptive and reflexive both at same time, and throughout my life i am a very calm person and can adapt to various situations, also a Bank runs by group of working people and so it needs team players, and i have been in various group projects in school and college and also led some of them, and my educational qualifications helped me tackle various complicated problems so i am used to of those situations, and so for these reasons i think i am suitable for this job.

As I am agriculture graduate and belonging to rural area from farming family i will be able to connect myself with farmer and take them queries easily that is the reason i found myself suitable for this job ( agriculture field officer ) and started preparing for it after completing my graduation

sir can i answer this ques like , as i have done my graduation in para medical field so i have learned so much of public dealing in that time as we had to handle and interaction with public everyday , so i can use public dealing as my strength in this field too and as in banking sector we should good in public handling and dealing with them everyday and offcourse banking sector gives a secure and reputative job .

I had worked in software industry where I played a team leader here in banking team leading is very important for smooth functioning of bank. sir. before giving the answer of your question let me clarify what a bank po is expected to do.
1. He has to pass loans. checks.
2. He has to supervise the clerk in his duties. for example if a clerk acts as a maker in cash dealings, the probationary officer has to act as a drawer.
3. A probationary officer has to work as a public relations officer by sorting out the customers grievances in a timely manner, by pursuading the customers to invest in a latest government schemes by telling the pros and cons of their investments.
So in this way a probationary officer needs the qualities of being a good manager, a good marketer, a good coordinator. I find all these qualities in me that's why I'm here for a bank PO interview.
Sir one question.. why only in India...We r not choosing jobs?? Why not all over the world??

Although my graduation don't have direct connection with bank.I have the skills and qualities like analytical ability,working under you pressure, communication skills, working in team, respect individual, honesty and patience which were developed during graduation and at my previous job. As a banking sector is the place where people need this qualities and it is a secure and stable public sector, I choose banking as a career.

Being an CSE engineer, I have the capability to tackle all the things what bank does.
If I talk about digital concepts, I can handle technical aspects.
If I talk about management and work pressure , I have learnt from my previous job.
Also I have good analytical skills that can really help while giving credit.
I know how to handle client as I have learnt it from my previous job.
So as per my skills , I find myself a good fit for the job.

Banking industry is customer oriented service where the bank staff expected to fullfill the customer needs and address their issue and with my polite nature and good communication I will meet the needs of customer and enhace the customer trust towards organization.
In Bank we need to show emapthy towards our customer to build good relation and I am good in empathize people.

Sir, as I am a BBA graduate and Banking was one of my subject, so this job is in line with the things that I have studied. An officer is also going to be a part of senior manager at some point of time, so it would be easier for me to understand the management concepts as I have also studied that earlier. Based on these things I feel Banking as a career for me is a fair choice sir.

At present in developing countries like India banking sector playing an important role. Many welfare schemes or anything or directly or indirectly linked to banking sector.
