Sir , Banking is a profession . I want to be banker whether the ownership will remain with the GoI or others that we will decide later , But at present my focus is to become a banker. My education can be well utilized in the banking sector and since banking is an evergreen field I am sure I will be able to grow in this field with my hardwork and my skills.
what would be your answer if they ask you, " if you want to be a banker only then why in only in public sector bank, why don't you try n become banker in private banks and moreover some private banks are there which pay way better than public banks? "
Sir do we can answer like this:- That in today's time where we are facing economic slow down issues, one's primary focus is to get a job and till now we are not clear about privatisation so we can't say anything. Primary focus is to be a good banker. And if we see with respect to govt point of view, then govt can sell their assets anytime ,in that we can't do anything.
Can we answer like this: Sir everything is having pros and cons , it may be good from govt's point of view and bad from employee's . So we should basically focus on our career , job and self growth. Anything can happen in future and one should live in present and also in this tough time getting a job is not so much easy . So as per me one must focus on their job and move ahead.

@Anil Aggarwal Sir I was of the following thought process. I am of the opinion that privatization is happening due to lack of exemplary performance of the Public sector banks so somewhere the onus is on us who are working in the banks. Had we shown great performance in terms of profits or revenue generation the question of privatization of banks would not have arisen. The similar pattern is observed in railways also (lack of revenue generation). So if we all do not want to go for privatization we do have to add extra efforts and methodology to bring the profits of the bank to peak so the onus is on us as per my point of view. Not only a bank employee is saddened by this word but also the customer who has his account in a gov bank because a common man has more trust and faith in a govt bank than in a pvt so I wanted to stress on one point only that all banking personnel should work with such a motive and so much of goal orientation that banking sectors boost up the economy thereby completely removing the process of privatization of banks from the picture. It's just my thought process.

@manideep saxena exactly.. Modi openly tweeted that culture of abusing private sector will not be tolerated anymore. He openly expressed his love for private sector. The truth is 90% of the time public sector employees are abused and 90% of the time private employees are praised for the services offered. This Angoothachap Modi should ask an officer working in SBI/BOB/PNB his office leaving time and the same office leaving time should be asked to officer working in axis or HDFC Bank. Then he'll know the burden on PSB employees. If Modi is so proud of private sector, then why can't he force the private bank employees to implement government schemes ? Truth is, private bank employees only have the pressure of account opening targets, credit card sales and other targets, they don't have the burden of government scheme handling. On the other hand, public sector bank employees have to manage government scheme implementation also. It is everyhere. They wanted to raise money from LIC and other PSUs in the current financial year but could not, because of the covid situation. Now, the government is in worse position financially. To recover country from the financial crisis, they need to raise money, that is why they have set target of 2 PSBs, 1 general insurance, LIC and other PSUs. And FM in her statement said that even after so much of capital infusion, some PSBs are running on loss consistently and not improving. So, they are opting to take out their stakes from such banks. However, the names are yet to be disclosed and it will be a strategic disinvestment.

Bro, our country has become Chrony capitalistic Republic of India. Demonetisation was a blunder. Demonetisation is the reason the economy is on downfall. Bhakts think that Corona lockdown messed up the economy but Corona just merely added petrol to the fire which is already burning economy since the end of 2016.

The truth is 90% of the time public sector employees are abused and 90% of the time private employees are praised for the services offered.
This Angoothachap Modi should ask an officer working in SBI/BOB/PNB his office leaving time and the same office leaving time should be asked to officer working in axis or HDFC Bank. Then he'll know the burden on PSB employees.
If Modi is so proud of private sector, then why can't he force the private bank employees to implement government schemes ?
Truth is, private bank employees only have the pressure of account opening targets, credit card sales and other targets, they don't have the burden of government scheme handling. On the other hand, public sector bank employees have to manage government scheme implementation also.
If Modi has so much expectations from private sector, why hasn't any private bank like HDFC and ICICI have as much rural banks as SBI ? Because they just want profit..

What if they ask us that - Why do you think government wants to privatize the public sector banks?
It is everyhere. They wanted to raise money from LIC and other PSUs in the current financial year but could not, because of the covid situation. Now, the government is in worse position financially. To recover country from the financial crisis, they need to raise money, that is why they have set target of 2 PSBs, 1 general insurance, LIC and other PSUs. And FM in her statement said that even after so much of capital infusion, some PSBs are running on loss consistently and not improving.
So, they are opting to take out their stakes from such banks. However, the names are yet to be disclosed and it will be a strategic disinvestment.

Sir my answer would be like everyone will like to work in Public Sector Bank instead in Private Sector Bank, As if I want to join in Private Bank I will finish my MBA Graduate and got place in Private Bank. That's why insted of investing my time period in MBA I invested my time period in Preparing for Bank Exams and Sat infront of you Sir/ Madam. This is my reply !!!!! Sir actually this what my current scenario too I told my parents I will not do MBA instead I will study for Bank Exams ....
