This year, we are investing another $10,000 into our gear. I noticed in one of your videos you were using the Sony FS100..We have one, and love the look of it. Am purchasing the Sony A7RIII in March. I love your format, and the creativity you offer. Looking at the Ronin-S also for our setup and like the Pro Am Cranes Jibs too...I watched your audio video regarding what to use, and have checked each item you have as a purchase this March. Thanks Miguel! I organized this way because I was feeling adventurous and I knew the couple would enjoy it. :) I'm always trying to push myself when editing.

Nvmd. I should watch more or ur videos. Smh. The sleeve and the olympus 822. But quick question. Do you leave the olympus 822 sticking out alittle on the mic or can the sleeve cover it all up? And in ur audio video. U say u put a backup of the olympus on the groom and officiant....do you use lav mic with the the 822 when doing it? Thanks matt for ur help!!!
Hey Philip! I usually let the sleeve cover it fully. It doesn't affect the audio quality. And yes, I use the Microphone Madness lapel mic with the WS-822 as a backup.

Ive been having a hard time seeing whats in focus. I thinks its a mixture of shooting in slog, the bright sun creating glare and the a6300's horrible screen brightness when shooting in 4k.
That camera body would contribute nothing to this mans workflow. Besides A7SII has a much better Codec for 4k than 5DM4. Even Sony's A6300 spanks the 5DM4 in sheer 4K image Quality.
To be fair I wasn't saying he should move over to a 5d. Just a camera that I personaly prefer. I also don't shoot in 4k so not an important point for me.

Do you manual focus or rely on autofocus. If you manual focus do use an external monitor or screen googles?
Hey! I manual focus :) Nope no external monitor. If it's too bright I use the built in camera viewfinder.

Some quality tips from your channel! I always recommend the Canon 5D MK4. Makes shooting a wedding effortless with it's awesome auto focus.

Thanks Rob! The 5d4 is a solid camera, but I really wish it wasn't cropped so much when recording 4K.
