Hello, Henry. Yes! Photoshop 7 is definitely good enough. Just find the tools for what you want to do (the shortcuts should be the same) and start creating!
In my software I hav situation dat I can't upload a Pic when I open a new file then try to drag a Pic to it doesn't work it only allows me to drag a Pic wthout openin a new. How can I overcome it? I'm using adobephotoshop cs5

Try getting one with dedicated graphics. Try looking into an Acer, Lenovo or HP. Any one of those brands are good, especially if you can get a gaming laptop for that budget. Gaming laptops are great for production work as well.

@@miketubehighlights2936 What I recommend is taking it step-by-step, getting familiar with each tool, you don't have to watch the entire video at once, take breaks so you don't get overwhelmed. Also, watch my Photoshop Part 1 video where I actually create a graphic from scratch, then you can see my process. Hope this helps. You can do it!
