During the years 1987 to 2002 i was suffering by the sinus problem. My well wisher said to participate guru dev meditation club. As soon as I joined in the year 2002 till date All the sinus problem vanished Now I am happy with my family
The infinite Being is verily the All work austerity the highest the immortal and the supreme Self who knows It as seated in the cavity of the heart certainly cuts asunder the knot of ignorance even while living according to Mundakopanishad
When the seer realises that effulgent supreme Being the creator the Lord and source of cosmic existence then that wisdom one having shaken off all sin and merit attains to the supreme stainless Unity
this is not a good one, there were only instructions in the first 5 mins rest was just music playing, if you want a proper meditation, follow others from the same creator
