Why do you guys always pump in music in these guided meditations? This engages the mind when there should be absolute silence. I doubt Guruji told you to add this music. At least give the option of a meditation without the annoying flute or sitar clanging away in the background.
I am leastening most of all meditation it is relex mind andstress it is too good for mind🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
