This is why I say time and time again the mk5 is one of the rawest and best vw platforms, still maintains them creature comforts. Interior, chassis, handling everything is on point. Forget about the mk7 r they're as boring as watching paint dry.
Agreed, just got a Mk5 pirelli and it handles pretty similar to the mk7s, obviously not quite at competent but definitely more natural feeling

Can’t quite believe my eyes. Just saw this for sale for a very reasonable price. Sad letting go of such precision engineered and personal items like these. Good luck with the sale and for me this is still the best car to grace this channel and the best mk5 R32 in the British isles.

malaka motorsport in the states swapped a fully built r30 engine inside a 8v.2 rs3 saloon. but yeah, 1000hp+ with a g42 inside a golf 7/8r would be insane.
FINALLY Its here! Been waiting for this! Probably watched the first video like a thousand times! Both car and owner are legendary! Car must be very fast, taking into consideration Rickys reactions, he does own a 1900 hp GTR, so it cant be easy to impress him! Hope its not the last we have seen from Abz 💪

Malaka motorsports in the us are building a MQB rs3 sedan with a fully build R30 in it, they got it running on a stock 3.2 for the moment with a turbo, yes still a very significant engine, sick build all the way, i watched this back in the day when the video came out on this channel, loved it then, still love it.👍👍👍
