Our families came to visit us at our new home here in Florida and we had so much fun! We spent plenty of time at the beach, eating delicious plant-based meals, exploring new places, and celebrating Liv's first birthday! I've lived in Tampa, Florida for 28 years. The thing that makes Florida so attractive is Gov. Ron DeSantis, no state income tax, the beaches, the weather if you don't mind the very high humidity, and the overall way of life. Most people find themselves running to states like Florida, especially these days, because of freedom.
California is probably, in my opinion, the most beautiful state in the U.S., but their severely mismanaged gov't and irrational liberal mentality make it impossible to live there, and they have taken away everyone's freedom.
What a blast! Biv’s birthday party was definitely a top 5 day! 🥰💕

Enjoy your channel each time. We just tried Sunwarrior flavorless protein and we love it. My friend said it was chalky, but I disagree and it makes a difference in how I feel when I drink it with my fruits and veggies. My husband who is picky and has converted to more plant-based since I have been trying it more and more over the last four or so years is impressed as well. Also, I loved your colored shorts and the outfits you wore in this video, but did not see them on your links.

Jim is a farmer up in New Port Richey (north of Tampa) who offers tons of advice for growing your own food. A collaboration video between Dusty, Pete, and Jim would break the internet!!!!

Keep doing what you’re doing and check out Plant-Based Juniors and PCRM.org for helpful nutrition advice! I didn’t change much til after giving birth, at which point I ramped up calories quite a bit due to breastfeeding demands! Just make sure you’re eating a variety and abundance of whole plants foods!

This was such a fun watch! My husband and I just spent the week with my family at orange beach Alabama and it was really refreshing and that family time was priceless. I will say I fell off the plant based wagon during the week at the beach (cheese and fresh shrimp are my downfall) and yall, my energy levels PLUMMETED. I feel so lethargic and heavy (even though I don’t think I gained any weight.) But it’s the Monday after and I’m getting back on track. I don’t think I’ll go back to a SAD diet. I am curious about your recipes and look forward to trying them!

That's it, we're moving to Florida! My sister & I are trying to figure out a way to get down there. We might buy land from our brother who lives in Inverness and develop it if we can. I remember having the best fruit ever at a hotel down there along Daytona Beach. Also the best fresh squeezed orange juice. There are so many fun things to do and places to go. It will be great for the family & friends to visit regularly. That's what happened when our grandparents bought a place down there (we're originally from MN). I cant believe Liv is 1 yrs old already. Such a big girl! Happy to see you all & share in the good times. Take care!
