I’ve met Luke and I can attest that he truly is just how he is in his films. Such a genuine, friendly and inspiring human. The world needs more people like Luke. What a great video 🙏🏻
Now I want to sit down, have a cup of tea and talk for hours with Luke about his and my experiences and revisit different moments of our lives. Wow! Luke has been a major inspiration for me over the past years and I've enjoyed watching his journey, but seeing him talk about all this in such a beautiful, authentic way, really made me love him more - he's not just a filmmaker but first and foremost a beautiful human being! Wishing you all the best, Luke!
Oh my gosh, i was just near tears this entire video. I was surprised to see this because I used to watch Luke when I was a kid. Had no idea this was the kind of life he is living now. The reason i was so emotional is because of Luke’s atmosphere. Idk if I’d say he’s depressed, but i get the vibe. After my dad died and I lost my childhood home / stability, I traveled a bit. I thought maybe I’d find answers, but I think those answers are not at another country but within myself. I know this now, but I did need to travel to see different perspectives and just be a viewer. ACTUALLY, the whole video felt like that to me… and i think that might be the kind of videos Luke makes…. Thank you for asking such personal, deep, and intimate questions. Without your careful and amazing interviewing, i don’t think these breakdowns wouldn’t be so touching. Thank you both for sharing such a personal and deep part of your lives / personality. This particular interview felt so emotionally compelling and genuine. Take care.
I feel like a person like Luke would do well with a team! If he wants to produce more videos per year it’d probably help a ton. We have to accept that we are one person with limited time. Good things can come out of asking for help! I always enjoy these breakdowns! It gives me the type of insight and advice I need that I can’t really get anywhere else ❤
Great interview - both are engaging and interesting. Loved hearing the background of how Luke does his work - what goes into it. His work is so amazing and this interview really explains why. Would love to hear more from Luke - more interviews where he talks about his travels, video and editing work and next steps

Love these interviews keep them coming! Luke has been such a big inspiration to my films and It was so cool to see you pull back the curtains and see how he makes his storytelling magic🙌🏼
Glad to see him mature throughout the years. He was a teenage crush of mine, and still kind of is (Im a bi dude) and just watching him on this journey has been incredible. With that said, I hope hes doing well, though. Maybe its just the interview or maybe hes sick. He could be tired, too. Not shaming, its just something I noticed.
Man love you luke you are a real gem to this world , the stories described through your eyes are so touching with the soul , No other person can reach upto your point of view and your ideas Wish you a healthy life and hoping to see more stories from you
I personally got used to the size and weight of the mark 1. I use it for travel photos and videos and I carry it with a wrist strap. Making this smaller and lighter is a blessing. However if fuji does not fix its video autofocus - im not inclined to upgrading to this one. Im using an xh2s btw.
Okay, so I have a question for Luke’s audience. I remember watching a video of his a while back about fandoms and how the world perceives people who are part of fandoms. I can’t find the video now. Did he delete it? If so, why?? I loved that video alot like ALOT and I really want to watch it again dude! 😢
Thanks for having me, Jack. You have such a gift with conversation! Such an honor to have one with you.
hell yeah
Man you are the inspiration of many people including me
Lots of love from Calicut , India

“Think, mess up, try again” Amazing.
THE MAN, THE LEGEND, THE INSPIRATION!!!!
That story of learning about security but also respecting the people from the country you’re travelling to.
Luke is like Natalie Lynn, soo authentic and interesting storytellers. They don't care about the views as much as high quality videos.

Luke Korns is the best! I love his eye for filming and how you can tell he is genuinely invested in the places he goes.

Awe man I love Luke! I’ve watched him for years the past 9 years, he is so selfless & curious. I absolutely adore his content & who he is!!!
I like Jacks stance on drones. He sticks to his gut and chooses equipment based on the story he wants to tell

Shipping Luke and Natalie Lynn. If they don’t know each other personally yet, I really hope they do at some point😂 they seem like kindred spirits
Inspirational artist.

12:49 His camera is Fuji’s X-T4, not X-E4.
Lit, Luke!

Hii Luke!!
People who say gears dowsnt matter are people who have gears.
He uses Fuji X-T4, not X-E4.
I noticed that also.
In regards to his comment about unsafe places, I think Tokyo is the safest place on earth.
Which headphones do you use dude, voices are so clear, I'm thinking them for voiceovers, please let me know
Just a small correction, the camera that Luke is using is Fujifilm X-T4 not the X-E4
he's basically practicing cultural anthropology in a beautiful way
❤
luv from kerala
Thats Fuji X-T4 not X-E4 😅
12: 48 XT4 not XE4 .
dude looks like brad pitt
That vocal fry is so distracting
It's annoying fr
