Have you heard of oem’s dirty secret? The hump in the oil pan on the Duramax’s leaves about 2 cups of dirty oil!
Check out the Duramax banana pan, it has a flat bottom so when you drain the oil, it drains ALL the oil out!

How did the truck feel with the friction reducer vs the stiction eliminator
Frictions eliminator seemed to quite down the idle allot more, and that’s simply because stiction eliminator is mainly for fords and only helps out the Duramax turbos.

U changed from stiction eliminator to fr3. But stiction eliminator has fr3. As does their actual oil. If you like Rotella. I highly recommend paying some extra cost and just try their oil once. I promise you will never use Rotella again. Just my opinion. Good video. Nice truck
why can't I add the Hot Shot friction reducer straight into the crankcase of my 2014 Ford V6?
You can if you want just make sure you take out the same amount of oil 👍

So why did you switch from Synthetic T6 to conventional T4? T6 is definitely more expensive, but is superior to T4 in every category
When I add hotshots stiction eliminator to the T4 it is just as good cost savings in the long run. LDS suggested it to me instead of T6 when I mentioned that’s what I always use 👍
