it is or should should have been get your own blood tests. In today's marginal medical care for male and female hormone maintenance we have to take getting blood tests and and get our own blood tests.
Haven't we moved beyond symptom management? What about maintaining youthful performance youthful brain function? Wouldn't they have add testosterone at an earlier age?. Sure makes sense and it's sad we're still stuck in symptom management.
These people all go on the podcast and saying the same thing. But no one is mentioning this study which is kind of dismiss some of the hormone claims . Can we talk about it? th-cam.com/video/zinBevUBhWI/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUUVWsgb25lIG1pbGxpb24gc3R1ZHk%3D
I highly suggest you watch Peter Attia’s podcasts/discussions/read his articles about the women’s health initiative study and others being extremely flawed in their case against HRT. Many that argue against cite data which don’t distinguish between bioidentical hormones and suboptimal synthetic formulations, nor individual adjustments in dosing/formulation,etc.
The science refutes the woman's health initiative. Doesn't itolder age we need to have our hormones at a more youthful level so that we can work think and play at a high-functioning level?
